A needlepoint is adjusted to the destination and then the piston is moved slightly, thereby supplying a required amount of liquid.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a simple micro-injector which is effective for discharging a small amount of an adhesive or a liquid to a target place.

2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, a small amount of adhesive or a small amount of lubrication has been attached to a dropper or a thin rod. Or some were for mass production with large machines.

For this reason, there have conventionally been the following problems. (A) It was difficult to use a small amount of adhesive or to refuel a small part with a small amount. (B) There was a large aircraft, but I couldn't find anything personal. (C) With a dropper or the like, it was difficult to adjust a minute amount of discharge by expansion and compression of air.

An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a simple micro-injector suitable for use in, for example, a prototype model or a finished product to be incorporated in a large amount in a model store.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a mounting portion for easily attaching and detaching a syringe and a mechanism for pushing out a small amount of a piston.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. (A) There is a main body (4) provided with a mounting part (3) for easily attaching and detaching the syringe (1) and a screw (5) for pushing out the piston little by little. (B) The syringe (1) containing the liquid to be used is mounted on the mounting portion (3), and the screw (5) is tightened until it hits the piston. (C) By attaching the tip of the needle (6) to a target location and turning the screw (5) little by little, it is possible to apply the necessary liquid to the required location.

It is surprisingly necessary to use an adhesive in a small portion and to supply a necessary minimum amount of oil to a small portion. However, no tools were found that were affordable and easy to use. Also, there was no one that could easily use several types of liquids. With this simple micro-injector, it is possible to provide a tool that can easily output a small amount of liquid to people who perform many small works.
