【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 先端を電線側に向けてホルダに取付ける
筒状の端子押込み具と、ばねで付勢して端子押込み具内
に出没自在に設ける編組開きパイプと、外皮剥ぎと露出
した編組の余長部の剥ぎ取りを完了したシールド電線の
被加工側端末部をテーパ穴で案内して前記編組開きパイ
プの内部に導く電線セットガイドと、編組開きパイプの
内側に配置する電線端の位置決め部材と、位置決めされ
たシールド電線を加工中心に保持するクランプと、この
クランプを端子挿入ステーションから圧着ステーション
に平行移動させる移行装置と、前記ホルダ、そのホルダ
で保持した端子押込み具及び編組開きパイプ及び電線セ
ットガイドを電線長手方向に進退させるスライド機構を
備え、シールド電線の位置決め保持後に2分割されてい
る前記電線セットガイドが開き、その後、編組開きパイ
プが編組の内側にもぐり込んで切り残されている編組を
開かせ、差し込み終点に到達した編組開きパイプに代わ
って前に出る端子押込み具が、編組開きパイプの先端外
周に予めセットされた筒状アース端子を押し動かし、前
記アース端子が開いた編組をしごいて電線の外皮上に反
転させながらクランプに当たる位置まで電線上に挿入さ
れ、最後にクランプと共にシールド電線が圧着ステーシ
ョンに平行移動してアース端子の圧着がなされるように
したシールド電線用アース端子挿入圧着装置。
1.
