Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional wall material that separate parts such as a joint cover, a receiver, a seal or the like are used on a joint part connecting wall surface materials of a wall material, and it is very hard to keep the watertightness to the wind and rain blown against a wall surface, and the rein drops dropped on the wall surface, further the seal is dissolved by the rainwater intruded from a clearance of the joint cover, and the dust and dirt stick and accumulate thereon, which makes the wall material entirely or partly dirty, lowers the commercial value as the wall material, and increase the cost by using separate parts. SOLUTION: A male edge and a female edge are respectively formed on upper and lower edges of a wall surface material, the male edge and the female edge are fitted to be vertically connected and applied, and a part formed by removing a part of a resin foam integrally formed on a rear face at one end part of the surface material is overlapped and connected to a part formed into the gutter-shaped throttle on a front face at the other end part of the surface material, whereby the heat insulating characteristic, the sound insulating characteristic and the watertightness of the wall materials applied continuously in the lateral direction, can be improved, and the cost can be reduced by dispensing with the separate parts.

The wall material shown in the above prior art is excellent in watertightness and heat insulation, and can sufficiently fulfill the function as a wall material. However, when constructing such conventional horizontal wall material, packing material and caulking material are indispensable in the vertical joint of the wall to ensure watertightness, and the packing material and caulking material have been used for many years. The packing material and the caulking material are slightly melted out by being exposed to rainwater that has entered through the gap between the decorative cap and the wall material, and hang down on the wall surface to contaminate the wall material surface. There is a problem of lack of goodness, and as shown in a conventional example, a decorative cap,
The wall material as a whole has been configured to be expensive, for example, it is necessary to use various other members such as a caulking material, a fitting member, and a floor plate. In a conventional wall material, wall materials A and B arranged adjacent to each other are abutted with each other, and a vertical joint formed between them is
Because of the structure that the decorative cap is covered in the vertical direction, the decorative cap rises above the wall material after construction, and when the decorative wall material is combined with the horizontal covering wall material, there is a sense of incongruity in the design, and the design and appearance are not good. In addition, such a wall material is a well-designed wall material having a step for changing the appearance, such as the wall material shown in the conventional example, after the construction, a plurality of gaps and the like in the vertical joint of the wall surface. A dent is generated, and contaminants tend to accumulate in these gaps and dents, making it unsightly and lacking in good appearance. The present invention
It improves water tightness and heat insulation, and has good design and good appearance. It is difficult for the contaminants of the above problems to accumulate in gaps and depressions at seams, joints and the like of wall materials, and dust on makeup surfaces due to rainwater during rainfall. It is an object of the present invention to provide a product in which self-cleaning action is easily performed, and the makeup surface can be easily cleaned by water discharge or the like, and the cost is low.

The resin foam is removed at a predetermined width, and a gutter-like drawn shape is formed on the surface of the other end, and the resin foam of the wall material B is placed above the gutter-shaped drawn shape formed on the wall material A. Since the back surface of the removed wall surface material was overlapped and overlapped in the lateral direction of the wall material, rainwater did not enter the overlap connection portion while securing the heat insulation and sound insulation of the wall material. Even if rainwater enters, it is drained along the gutter-shaped throttled shape, which has the effect of improving watertightness, and at the same time requires a separate member to ensure the watertightness of the connection between adjacent wall materials. Therefore, there is an effect that the cost can be configured as a wall material at a low cost.

Further, since the connecting portions in the lateral direction of the adjacent wall members are overlapped, no gaps or depressions are formed in the fitting portions, so that no contaminants are accumulated and no members such as caulking materials are used. Therefore, there is an effect that the good appearance of the wall material can be maintained without the caulk being melted out by the rainwater and contaminating the wall surface.
