三井ヘンシェルミキサに投入し、良く混合した後、予め
準備しておいた成分(13)を(14)に完全溶解した
溶解液を数回に分け投入し均一に混合する。この混合物
を不二パウダル社製のペレッターで直径約5mmの棒状
とし、さらにこれを長さ約5mmの円柱にカットし、不
二パウダル社製のマルメライザーで球状とし、約80℃
で8時間通風乾燥機内で乾燥させて、目的の球状粉体化
粧料を得た後、ガラス製ジャーに入れ製品を得た。 比較例1(フェースパウダー) 実施例1の製造方法を以下に示す製造方法に変更した他
は全て実施例1と同様にして製品を得た。 (製法)成分(1)〜(9)を実施例1使用のヘンシェ
ルミキサに投入し混合攪拌した後、さらに成分(10)
〜(12)を加え均一に混合攪拌した後、取り出し、篩
にかけ、これを等量2個正確に計り半球形の型に適量入
れ油圧プレス機で圧縮成形した後、ガラス製ジャーに入
れ製品とした。 実施例2(アイシャドウ) 下記配合例2の処方と製法に従い、アイシャドウを得

数回に分け投入し均一に混合した後、実施例1と同様の
方法で8mm径の球状粉体化粧料を得た。さらに成分
(2)〜(7)の着色成分の数値を操作し色違いの球状
粉体化粧料を他に4色作成し、計5色を樹脂製のコンパ
クトケースに入れ製品を得た。 比較例2 ペレッターを調整して直径1mmの球状粉体化粧料を得
た他は全て実施例2と同様にして製品を得た。 実施例3(ボディーパウダー) 下記配合例3の処方と製法に従い、ボディーパウダーを
得た。 (配合例3) 成分名 配合量 (1)タルク 残量 (2)セリサイト 3.0 (3)ミリスチン酸マグネシウム 4.0 (4)スクワラン 2.0 (5)メチルフェニルポリシロキサン 6.0 (6)グリセリン 1.5 (7)防腐剤 適量 (8)香料 適量 (9)寒天 0.2 (10)水 17.0 合計 100.0 (製法)成分(1)〜(8)を特殊機械工業株式会社が
販売するROBOT COUPE中で良く混合した後、予め準備し
ておいた成分(9)を(10)に完全溶解した溶解液を
数回に分け投入し均一に混合した後、実施例1と同様の
方法で20mm径と15mm径と10mm径の球状粉体
化粧料3種類を得、これをアルミ合金製のポット容器に
入れ製品を得た。 比較例3 配合例3の処方に従い、成分(1)〜(8)を実施例3
のROBOT COUPE中で良く混合した後、予め準備しておい
た成分(9)を(10)に完全溶解した溶解液を数回に
分け投入し均一に混合した後、加熱送風乾燥機を用いて
約60℃で乾燥し粉砕後、金型を用いて金皿に打型して
製品を得た。

型品であるが、球状化粧料と同一の中身であるため圧縮
成形には不向きで割れやすく、使い勝手に問題がないも
のの面白みに欠けていた。
