2. Description of the Related Art Tea (green tea) contains catechins, caffeine, flavonols, vitamin C, vitamin A, beta-carotene, amino acids and various other nutrients to prevent cancer, aging and obesity. Various beneficial effects on human health such as effects, diuresis and constipation improvement effects are expected. By the way, generally when drinking green tea,
Put tea leaves in a teapot, pour hot water into the teacup, and pour the tea into a teacup. It is extracted by pouring. But,
Only about 30% of the nutrients contained in the tea leaves are extracted from the tea leaves extracted with hot water, and the remaining 70% of the nutrients remain in the tea husks and are discarded. Therefore, recently, the method of drinking tea has become widespread, in which green tea, for example, powdered tea obtained by crushing green tea, is dissolved in hot water to drink and all the nutrients contained in the tea are consumed.

[0003] In addition, when tea leaves are extracted with hot water using a teapot or tea bag as described above, the tea leaves and tea bag leaves remain as garbage after the extraction. However,
In recent years, from the viewpoint of environmental protection, the emission of waste has been regulated, and garbage such as the tea husks and tea bag husks is no exception. The regulations on waste, which were initiated by the Containers and Packaging Recycling Law of 2000, have been strengthened every year. It is expected that emission regulations or recycling will be required for food leftovers and food scraps that are emitted.
In Japanese restaurants, tea is usually provided free of charge to customers. For example, in sushi restaurants,
A hot water supply facility is provided at the customer's seat and a tea bag and a cup of teacup are provided, so that the customer can freely drink tea by self-service. For this reason, a large amount of tea bag shells come out of these restaurants every day. However, tea husks and tea bag husks provided free of charge at this restaurant are naturally subject to the regulation of the Food Recycling Law. In this regard, as described above, when powdered tea leaves are ground into powdered tea and then dissolved in hot water for drinking, the whole tea leaves are to be drunk. Does not come out. Therefore, the tea provided free of charge at these restaurants can be reduced to the amount of raw garbage by changing the tea provided in conventional tea bags to powdered tea. Can also be handled.

Conventionally, when the above-mentioned powdered tea is dissolved in hot water and drink, a suitable amount of powdered tea corresponding to one cup of teacup is measured and used in individually packed sachets, or a tea can or the like is used. Powdered tea stored in a container for preventing moisture absorption is measured and used with a measuring spoon or the like. The former is hygienic because the required amount of powdered tea is individually packaged and is relatively easy to use, but it is considered to be an appropriate amount for one cup of teacup.
The work of pre-measuring and individually wrapping a small amount of powdered tea of about 5 to 2 g is troublesome, and furthermore, packaging materials are required, which not only increases the cost, but also makes the packaging materials waste after use. On the other hand, the latter does not require pre-measurement and packaging like the former, and does not require packaging materials that become waste. However, it takes time and effort when drinking, and food and beverages used by an unspecified number of people In the case of providing to a customer at a store or the like, there is a hygiene problem such as foreign matter entering the container. There is also a tea bag made of non-woven fabric or the like in which a predetermined amount of powdered tea is stored. However, there is no great difference from the above-mentioned sachet in that it requires much labor and cost for weighing and packaging, and the bag shell is made of waste (garbage). ).

[0005] For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 9-272574 discloses a fixed volume spouting container in which powdered tea can be spouted out of the container at regular intervals. When drinking powdered tea, if you use such a container for constant-quantity sprinkling, you can sprinkle the amount of powdered tea that is considered to be an appropriate amount for a cup of teacup without having to weigh it with a spoon. It is easy to use and easy to use. Even when used by an unspecified number of people such as restaurants, it is sanitary without the risk of foreign substances being mixed into the container. However, in these conventional quantitative dispensing containers, the container is turned upside down in the first dispensing operation to store a fixed amount of powdered tea in a primary storage portion provided in the container, and the container is returned to a normal posture once and then returned to the normal posture. A two-stage sprinkling operation in which the powdered tea in the primary storage unit is dropped into the fixed-quantity receiving unit, and then the powdered tea in the fixed-quantity receiving unit is spun from the spout of the container by inverting the container again in the next spouting operation. In addition to the necessity, the container needs to be provided with a primary storage part and a fixed-quantity receiving part of a size and a shape corresponding to a necessary amount of the amount to be spouted, and the structure for the quantitative spouting is complicated. Further, in the container for sprinkling the powder, when sprinkling the powdered tea from the inside of the fixed-quantity receiving portion,
At the same time, the subsequent storage of powdered tea is stored in the primary storage unit, and after returning, the container is returned to the normal position, and the subsequent powdered tea is stored in the fixed quantity receiving unit and is ready to be spouted. And For this reason, even when not used continuously, the subsequent powdered tea is stored for a long time in the quantitative receiving portion facing the spout without returning to the inside of the container. There is a problem that it is impaired and hardens due to moisture absorption.

[0006] On the other hand, instead of the above-mentioned container for dispensing fixed quantity, a general container for dispensing powdery and granular materials is, for example, a container attached to the mouth of a container such as a seasoning container for table salt or the like. Are provided, and the seasoning and the like in the container are sprinkled by turning the container upside down and shaking. However, with these simple shakeout containers,
Although the amount dispensed in one swing is within a certain range, it is hard to say that it has a function as a fixed quantity dispensing container.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION In view of the above, the present invention makes it possible to completely ingest the nutrients contained in tea, and to discharge the garbage (waste) such as tea husks and tea bag husks without causing environmental problems. When drinking powdered tea which is also preferable from the viewpoint of protection, it is a simple and hygienic use dispenser and container which can be used in a sanitary manner, and can quantitatively discharge a certain amount of powdered tea with a simple structure. It is intended to provide a tea dispenser and a container, and to propose a novel tea providing method for providing the above powdered tea in a low cost and hygienic manner at a restaurant or the like.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present inventor has conducted intensive studies on a conventional spouting container. As a result, the sprinkling container was sprinkled out of a seasoning container such as table salt which is a common spouting container. The reason why the amount of the granular material to be ejected is not constant is that the amount of the granular material contained in the container fluctuates and, in particular, in the case of fine powder, lumps due to moisture absorption of the granular material in the container are reduced. It was found that there was an occurrence. Furthermore, based on this knowledge, as a result of repeatedly examining these containers, we completed a quantitative dispenser that can always reliably discharge a fixed amount of powdered tea without having a complicated structure like the conventional quantitative dispensing container. It led to.

[0010] Further, the quantitative dispenser of the present invention can be constituted by a main lid and an inner lid attached to the mouth of the container body. That is, the fixed amount dispenser includes a main lid attached to the mouth of the container for storing powdered tea, and an inner lid for partitioning between the main lid and the container of the container. A large number of pores or slits are formed on the tip end surface of the projecting portion formed on the plate portion to serve as a spout, and a large number of pores or slits are formed on the bottom plate portion of the inner lid.

[0011] The quantitative dispenser of the present invention as described above,
This is used by attaching it to the mouth of a powdered tea container such as a tea can. Put the powdered tea into the container with this sprinkler, turn it upside down from the normal posture and shake it toward the mouth of the teacup, and the powdered tea contained in the container will be partially dispensed. Part of the powdered tea that has passed through a number of pores or slits provided on the bottom plate portion of the bottom plate portion, and further has passed through the bottom plate portion, enters the protrusion of the top plate portion, and is provided on the tip end surface of the protrusion. It passes through the pores or slits of the mouth and is poured into a teacup. At this time, since the inside of the container is blocked by the bottom plate portion of the fixed amount spouting device from the top plate portion having the spouting port, all of the powdered tea stored in the container may flood the spouting port. Absent. That is, the load of the powdered tea in the container that does not pass through the bottom plate portion is borne by the bottom plate portion, and almost only the load of the powdered tea that has passed through the bottom plate portion acts on the spout. Therefore, the amount of powdered tea spouted from the spouting outlet is almost constant. Also, even if lumps are generated due to moisture absorption or the like in the powdered tea in the container, the lumps are crushed when the powdered tea passes through the pores or slits in the bottom plate portion, and only the powdered tea without lumps is in the top plate portion. It is possible to prevent the fluctuation of the amount of spill due to the generation of lump by gathering at the protrusion of the sword and squirting from the spout. Furthermore, since the spout is provided at the tip end surface of the projecting portion of the top plate portion, the range of sprinkling of the powdered tea from the spout is limited, and the tea can be surely spouted into a teacup without scattering around. .

When the container is returned to the normal posture after the above-mentioned squirting operation, the powdered tea that has not been squirted out of the powdered tea that has passed through the bottom plate portion of the squirting device is mostly made of pores in the bottom plate portion. Or, it is hard to absorb moisture because it returns to the inside of the storage section of the container from the slit. In addition, even during this passage, the powdered tea passes through the pores or slits while hitting the bottom plate portion of the drawer provided with the pores or slits. When crushed.

The amount of powdered tea to be spouted from the spouting port 6 depends on the pores 6 a of the spouting port 6 and the bottom plate 7 of the inner lid 13.
Although it depends on the shape and size of the slit 7a provided on the bottom, the shape and structure of the oscillating device 2 such as the distance between the top plate portion 3 and the bottom plate portion 7, and the particle size of the powdered tea, The pores 6a of the spouting port 6 provided in the protruding portion 4 of the lid 11 and the slits 7a provided in the bottom plate 7 of the inner lid 13 have an amount of 0.5 to 2.0 g of powdered tea per swing. It is formed to be within the range. For example, the illustrated example is a powdered tea obtained by finely pulverizing sencha, which is designed so that powdered tea having an average particle size of about 12 μm is spouted at about 0.7 g per shake. In the tip end surface 5 of 11, 20 square hole-like pores 6 a each side of which is about 2 mm are formed in a lattice shape to form the outlet 6, while the bottom plate 7 of the inner lid 13 has:
At the center thereof, 16 slits each having a length of 10 mm and a width of 1 mm are arranged at intervals of 1 mm in the width direction, and slits similar to the above are formed at intervals of 6 mm before and after the slits at an interval of 1 mm in the width direction. In this case, ten are provided.
The shape and size of the pores 6a of the outlet 6 and the slits 7a of the inner lid 13 are not particularly limited. Although the slit 7a of the thirteenth hole may be a square hole or a circular hole, the shape of the fine hole 6a of the spouting port 6 is a square hole as shown in FIG. It is.

In order to drink the powdered tea T using the container A for dispensing quantitatively according to the present invention as described above, the container A for dispensing quantitatively is turned upside down from a steady state as shown in FIG. Swing toward the mouth, the container body 1
Of the powdered tea T stored in the storage portion 12 of the main lid 11, a part of the powdered tea T ′ passes through a number of slits 7 a provided in the bottom plate portion 7 of the inner lid 13. Enter the space S,
Further, a part t of the powdered tea T ′ that has passed through the slit 7 a is projected from the projection 4 provided at the center of the top plate 3 of the main lid 11 to the pore of the spout 6 provided at the tip end surface of the projection 4. After passing through 6a, it is shaken into a teacup C. At this time, the powdered tea T in the container remains in the storage portion 12 during the swinging operation because the bottom plate portion 7 of the inner lid 13 blocks the space between the powdered tea T and the top plate portion 3 of the main lid 11. The load of powdered tea T is inner lid 1
3 is supported by the bottom plate 7 and the main cover 1
Only the load of the powdered tea T 'in the space S in 1 acts, and the amount of the powdered tea t spouted from the spouting port 6 becomes substantially constant. Also, even if the powder tea T in the container body 1 is lumped due to moisture absorption or the like, the slit 7a of the bottom plate portion 7 of the inner lid 13 is formed.
, Only the powdered tea T ′ without lumps enters the protrusion 4 of the top plate 3 of the main lid 11 and gathers in the spout 6 provided on the tip end surface 5 of the protrusion 4. Since it is sprinkled from here, the amount of sprinkled tea does not fluctuate due to the occurrence of lumps, and a fixed amount of powdered tea t is always spouted. After the above-mentioned squirting operation, when the fixed amount squirting container A is returned to the normal posture, the powdered tea T ′ in the space S in the main lid 11 is returned.
The slits 7 are mostly provided in the bottom plate 7 of the inner lid 13.
a, the powdered tea T 'also passes through the slit 7a while hitting the bottom plate 7 around the slit 7a, so that the lumps are crushed.
