秘匿情報部を形成するとともに、該秘匿情報部を覆うよ
うにして隠蔽箔を接着してなり、該隠蔽箔の抗接着性イ
ンキ層上の削り取り可能部分を削り取ることにより、残
余の隠蔽箔で秘匿情報部を顕在化させるようにしたこと
を特徴とするスクラッチ帳票。An anti-adhesive ink is formed on a form substrate by forming an confidential information portion with an anti-adhesive ink layer and bonding a concealing foil so as to cover the confidential information portion. A scratch form characterized in that a concealable information portion is exposed with a remaining concealment foil by shaving off a sharable portion on a layer.
