Claims (6)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 金属ボスの外周に樹脂成形体を加熱融着
によって両者を一体化された樹脂成形品において、金属
ボスは予め最終形状に加工されたものを使用し、当該金
属ボスの外周に樹脂成形体を圧入した後に加熱融着によ
って両者を一体化する際に、外部に溶出した溶融樹脂ビ
ードは樹脂成形体の側面からはみ出さないように金属ボ
スの側面に貯留させて冷却固化してなる金属ボスを有す
る樹脂成形品。

用し、当該金属ボスの外周に樹脂成形体を加熱圧入した
後冷却して所定の締付け力を付与し、次いで高周波加熱
によって金属ボスの外周に接触している樹脂成形体の一
部を溶融させて両者を加熱融着すると共に、金属ボスの
外周面と樹脂成形体の内周面との間隙部に封入された空
気を溶融樹脂ビードによって樹脂成形体の外部に追い出
し、樹脂成形体の外部に溶出された溶融樹脂ビードは樹
脂成形体の側面からはみ出さないよう金属ボスの側面に
貯留させて冷却固化する金属ボスを有する樹脂成形品の
製造方法。
