Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail cutting device for a disabled person solving problems wherein although the disabled whose one hand is paralyzed or disabled due to sickness or an injury can cut his/her fingernails and toenails by himself/ herself, he/she cannot cut those of his/her healthy hand side and is forced to ask other people to cut them.
