Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 第1の枠組用管材の先端部に取り付けら
れる管材結合部を有しかつ内部に第2の枠組用管材の外
周面の一部に沿う平面よりみて円弧状の管材挾持面を形
成する押出形材製の固定腕部材と、基部が固定腕部材の
一端部に揺動自在に枢着されかつ内部に第2の枠組用管
材の外周面の他の一部に沿う平面よりみて円弧状の管材
挾持面を形成する押出形材製の可動腕部材と、固定腕部
材の他端部に揺動自在に取り付けられかつ可動腕部材の
遊端部に掛り合わせられる緊締ナットを具備する締付ボ
ルトとを備えており、固定腕部材の一端部に、横断面欠
円形もしくは円形の第1ヒンジ構成部が固定腕部材の全
幅にわたって設けられ、可動腕部材の基部に、第1ヒン
ジ構成部に嵌め合わせられるとともに第1ヒンジ構成部
の外径よりも狭い幅の開口部を有する横断面略C形の第
2ヒンジ構成部が可動腕部材の全幅にわたって設けら
れ、固定腕部材の第1ヒンジ構成部に可動腕部材の第2
ヒンジ構成部が嵌め合わせられ、第1ヒンジ構成部の中
空部に、両端に第2ヒンジ構成部抜止め部を有する抜止
め部材が挿通されていることを特徴とする、管材緊結装
置。
1. A tube connecting portion attached to a front end portion of a first framing tube, and an inner tube holding surface having an arc shape as viewed from a plane along a part of an outer peripheral surface of a second framing tube therein. A fixed arm member made of an extruded profile to be formed, and a base portion pivotally attached to one end of the fixed arm member so as to be swingable, and the inside thereof is viewed from a plane along another part of the outer peripheral surface of the second tubing tube. It has a movable arm member made of an extruded member that forms an arc-shaped tube material holding surface, and a tightening nut that is swingably attached to the other end of the fixed arm member and engages with the free end of the movable arm member. A fixed hinge member, and a first hinge component having a circular cross section or a circle is provided at one end of the fixed arm member over the entire width of the fixed arm member, and a first hinge component is provided at the base of the movable arm member. Width smaller than the outer diameter of the first hinge component and fitted into the first hinge component A second hinge component having a substantially C-shaped cross section is provided over the entire width of the movable arm member, and the second hinge component of the movable arm member is attached to the first hinge component of the fixed arm member.
A tubing binding device, wherein a hinge component is fitted, and a retaining member having a second hinge component retaining portion at both ends is inserted into a hollow portion of the first hinge component.

掛り合わせが外れた際に、締付ボルトが長孔に沿って外
方傾斜状に倒れるようになされている、請求項1記載の
管材緊結装置。
3.
