ムヘッド4を吸引パイプ4′で形成し、この吸引パイプ
4′の軸線に沿って上記吸引スリット5を形成し、この
吸引パイプ4′を上記かごの底面の直径線上に延在さ
せ、かご2の底面に近接または接触して水平回転するよ
うに駆動する。図2に示すように、上記バキュームヘッ
ド4を筺体1内に設置する。上記筺体1上部開口7直下
に筺体1内を仕切るように天板6を横設し、該天板6の
中央部に開口7を設け、該開口7内に部品を収容したか
ご2を落とし込み、かご2のフランジ3を開口部周縁に
支持し、かご2全体を吊持する。上記の場合、天板6が
上記フランジ3を形成している。上記バキュームヘッド
4を形成するパイプ中央部には回転軸8を兼ねる吸気パ

回転軸受け14に吸気パイプ9の下端を支持し、この軸
受け14を介して上記軸受け兼吸気パイプ9と連通する
吸気パイプ9′の一端を接続し、同吸気パイプ9′他端
を筺体1外側面より突出させ、該突出部に工業用掃除機
19の吸引ホース15を接続するための接続口16を形
成する。また、上記バキュームヘッド4の直下に筺体1
内を仕切る防水板17を横設し、かごから滴下する水滴
を受けてモーター11や軸受け14に水滴があたらない

た水分を外部へと排出するためのドレンコック18が設
けられている。モーター11の駆動により吸気パイプ9
と吸引パイプ4′とかご2の軸線を中心に回転し、吸引
スリット5による吸引力をかご2の底面及びかご2内の
部品Pに与え、これにより部品から滴下する水滴の重力
落下作用と相乗して、この落下作用を積極的に誘引しつ
つ、吸引し良好に回収できる。よって斑のない乾燥が行
