Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double floor structure having excellent workability and a wide wiring space in a structure in which both a supporter and a panel follow up to the unevenness of the installation floor face of a building. SOLUTION: Four supporting members 1 laid under the state in which corner sections 1c are abutted on the installation floor face W are connected by fitting fitting holes 2a and intermediate supporting columns 1a on the corner sections 1c while being covered with corner-section supporting columns 2 from the upper sections of corner-section collecting sections 4. The bearing surfaces 2b of the corner-section supporting columns 2 are positioned at places higher than the front ends of the intermediate supporting columns 1a, and approximately triangular top-face panels 3 are laid.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a plurality of integrally formed flexible support members are laid on the floor of a building, and a rigid floor panel is laid on the support members. −
There is one described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 1356. In this conventional example, although the support member follows the unevenness of the installation floor, the height of the support portion of the upper panel is not constant, so that the portion supporting the rigid upper panel is Unsupported portions occur, and the top panel becomes unstable and rattles.

[0003] As a double floor for preventing rattling of the upper panel by both the support member and the upper panel following the unevenness of the installation floor surface, Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 5-22757 discloses the double floor. There is a thing, a plurality of integrally formed flexible support members are laid on the installation floor surface, a flexible top panel is laid on the support members, and the support members and the panels are locked. .
However, the direction and height of the locking portion of the support member following the unevenness of the installation floor surface are not constant, and it is difficult to lock the supporting member in accordance with the engaging portion of the flexible upper panel. And
Poor workability. Moreover, in order to use a flexible member as a top panel, a large number of support parts are required.
For this reason, a large number of locking operations between the support member and the top panel are required, and a wide wiring space cannot be secured by the support portion.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a double floor structure according to the present invention comprises a plurality of intermediate support columns arranged side by side in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction. The pillars are integrally connected to each other in a substantially rectangular shape, and corner support pillars provided at the corners of the support member and projecting upward from the intermediate support pillars support the upper panel. The upper panel is made of a steel plate and has a substantially triangular upper surface, and is supported two by two on a corner support column so that the upper surface has a rectangular shape in plan view. Therefore, the substantially triangular upper surface panel is always supported at the three corner points by the corner supporting pillars, so that the upper surface panel does not rattle. Further, since the upper panel is made of steel plate and has rigidity, it is not necessary to provide a large number of support portions of the support member, so that a wide wiring space can be secured.
Further, when the upper panel bends downward due to excessive load, the intermediate support pillars support the upper panel to prevent deformation of the upper panel. Further, since the upper panel is constructed or completed simply by being placed on the support member laid on the installation floor, the number of work steps is small and the workability is good.

The corner support column has a support portion integrally projecting above the corner of the support member, a connecting trunk portion having a cylindrical opening at the bottom, and an insertion hole for inserting the support portion into the upper surface. By connecting the support members by inserting each support column into the insertion hole at the gathering portion where the corners of the four support members laid on the installation floor are metal connection struts having Strict positioning work is not required when laying the support member, and the workability is good.
Furthermore, even if the resin support pillar is melted due to a fire or the like, the steel plate upper panel is held by the metal connection support pillar, so that a pedestrian injury accident due to the drop of the upper panel can be prevented.

The construction procedure of the double floor constructed as described above will be described. First, the support member 1 is placed on the installation floor W.
Are laid so that the corners 1c are abutted against each other. Next, from above the corner gathering portion 4 where the corners 1c of the four support members 1 are gathered, the fitting hole 2a and the corner 1c are fitted over the corner supporting pillars 2 so as to fit the corners 1c. The support members 1 are connected. At this time, the bearing surface 2b of the corner support column 2 is located higher than the tip of the intermediate support column.

Next, the upper panel 3 is laid on the bearing surface 2b of the corner support column 2. Two upper panels 3 are laid with one oblique side 3c opposed to one rectangular support member 1. At this time, the top panel 3 is supported at three points by the respective bearing surfaces 2b of the three corner support columns 2, and the tip of the intermediate support column 1a is at a position lower than the support surface 2b of the corner support column 2. Therefore, even if the height of the tip of the intermediate support column 1a is different following the unevenness of the installation floor surface W, the intermediate support column 1a does not contact the upper surface panel 3 even if the height position is different. Even if the height position of the support surface 2b of the support column 2 is different, the upper surface panel 3 is supported in a stable state without rattling.

FIG. 3 is a side sectional view at the same position as FIG.
This shows a state where an excessive load P is applied to the upper panel 3. As shown in FIG. 3, when a load P is applied from above the upper panel 3, it is deformed downward by a displacement within the elastic deformation area of the upper panel 3, and then is supported by the tip of the intermediate support column 1 a. This prevents the panel 3 from being deformed beyond the elastic deformation range.

FIG. 7 is a side sectional view taken along line 6B-B of FIG. 6 showing a double floor structure. As shown in FIG. 7, the support members 1 are connected by fitting the connection support members 7 to the corner gathering portions 4 where the corners 1 c of the four support members 1 laid on the installation floor W are fitted. A corner support column 2 is formed by projecting the support portion 1d on the upper surface of the connection support column 7.
