In the case where the male and female shafts of both panels are fixed to each other, the male and female shafts are protruded and a gap is formed between the panels by that amount, or the male and female shafts are moved in the longitudinal direction of the panel. Special panel processing is required, such as protruding to the left or right and left, and forming the panel ends symmetrically uneven so that the male and female shaft portions fit. When the hinge is passed, the hinge is exposed to the panel surface as it is and the appearance is impaired, so that the panel is distinguished from the front surface to the back surface. In addition, there is a problem that it is difficult to use a hinge with a panel made of a material that is difficult to screw.
In addition, in the case of interposing a double hinge, there is an external advantage that the plate surface can be accommodated in the end of the panel, but in addition to the rotational movement of the pivot, there is no unnecessary movement, that is, the panel is provided on the hinge plate as it is. With the radius between the two axes as a radius, the hinge plate itself tends to rotate and move,
Therefore, the panels are displaced from each other by the radius described above, and there is a disadvantage that the panels are difficult to be arranged in a straight line or are difficult to be folded. In addition, the configuration in which a band or a cord is wound around a panel requires a band or a cord having a length of at least twice the entire width of the panel. If this occurs, the panel may move with the rotation, and there is also difficulty in the work of stretching the cable.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and adopts a novel configuration different from the conventional one so that panels can be smoothly and accurately rotated without displacement. It is another object of the present invention to provide a movable connection panel which maintains good appearance and does not cause a gap between the panels.

The connecting rail and the vertical edge for the hinge may be engaged by a slide engagement structure, and the connection rail and the vertical edge for receiving the end portion may be engaged by a press-fit engagement structure. The end portion of the flexible band is a locking end portion, and a fixing portion which can be locked at or near the base end of the vertical edge for the hinge so that the locking end does not come off is formed. It can be formed so as to face inward, the locking end portion is locked to the fixing portion, and the flexible band is stretched. In addition, the end surface of the vertical edge for receiving the end is a curved surface based on an arc-shaped surface in cross section, and the vertical edges for receiving the opposite end are formed so as to be arranged with a slight gap therebetween. An interposed member having a wide front and rear portion and a narrow intermediate portion is joined between the curved surfaces of the vertical edges to form a connection panel structure. When arranging the opposite vertical edges for contacting with each other,
For example, the vertical edge may be formed by an elastic member and arranged in a slightly pressed state, or the unevenness may be formed on a curved surface, and the unevenness may be arranged so as to contact in a staggered manner.

In the connecting panel having the above-mentioned structure, the opposed vertical edges can be constituted by a hinge vertical edge and an edge receiving vertical edge, and this vertical edge can be detachably fixed to the panel. A flexible band can be reliably bridged between them in an intersecting manner, and accurate rotation can be ensured without causing a displacement between the curved surfaces of the vertical edges due to at least a pair of flexible bands being pulled. If the engagement structure between the connecting rail and the vertical edge for the hinge is made different, the work of attaching the vertical edge becomes efficient. The flexible belt can be easily stretched by locking and fixing the end of the flexible belt to the vertical edge for the hinge. By making the vertical edges different, it is possible to close the gap between the opposing edge receiving vertical edges. If the width of the interposition member is wide at the front and rear portions and the width at the middle portion is narrow, the interposition member can be interposed without fear of falling off between the vertical edges. By disposing the double hinge between the opposed vertical edges, the stability of the pivot and the smoothness of rotation can be further enhanced in combination with the action of the flexible band.

FIGS. 5A to 5D show the vertical edge 33 for the hinge.
This shows a modified example of a fixing structure of the fixing portion 3f of the flexible band 6 and the locking end 6a of the flexible band 6. In (A), the fixing portion 3f is provided with openings at the front and rear ends of the base end surface 3a so as to be formed in a receiving groove shape facing inward of the vertical edge, and is provided with a locking projection 3h. The inserted flexible band 6 is configured so that the locking portion 6b is not caught by the projection 3h and comes off. The flexible band 6 is exposed from the outer corner of the base end face of the vertical edge 3,
And the end surface of the receiving groove portion at the base end of the vertical edge 3 is hidden without exposing, so that the appearance can be kept good. (B)
By forming the fixing portion 3f at the rear end portion of the front and rear surfaces 3b to 3c and forming the receiving groove portion in the direction of the front end surface 3d, the locking end portion 6a of the flexible band 6 is hooked like a hook and does not come off. There is a configuration. (C) is a locking portion in which the fixing portion 3f is formed as an internally expanding receiving groove near the corner between the base end surface 3a and the front and rear surfaces 3b to 3c, and the locking portion 6b is formed in a bulging shape. The end 6a is hooked on the groove to fix the flexible band 6. (D) is a case in which a receiving groove-shaped fixing portion 3f similar to (C) is formed near the base end of the front and rear surfaces 3b to 3c. Can be formed as an arbitrary configuration that does not come off. In any case, an arbitrary configuration can be adopted as long as the locking end portion 6a is inserted into the fixing portion 3f of the vertical edge 3 and locked by the fixing portion 3f so as not to come off.

The fixing of the end receiving vertical edge 4 to the connecting rail 5 does not require a large stress as compared with the case of the hinge vertical edge 3, so that it is preferable to adopt a simple engagement structure. For this reason, the vertical edge 4 for receiving the end portion can be formed as an edge material of a desired form with an arbitrary material such as plastic, rubber, and aluminum. In the example shown in FIGS. An engaging portion having a convex portion engaging with the press-fit engaging portion 5e is formed to face the base of the edge material, and this engaging portion is
Receiving the pressing force from the outside toward the press-fit locking portion 5e, the distal end portions of the projections are inclined or curved so that they are slightly elastically deformed and expand in the front-rear direction and at the same time restore to the original position. The two press-fit engagement portions 4a, 4
An outer peripheral surface 4b as a decorative surface continuous with a is formed so as to protrude toward the distal end side similarly to the vertical edge 3 for the hinge. At least one, preferably both, of the contact portions of the press-fit engagement portions 5e to the press-fit engagement portions 4a are preferably formed as inclined surfaces or curved surfaces on which the elastic deformation is easily induced. .

The vertical edge 4 for receiving the end portion is provided with a press-fit engagement portion 3e.
And the press-fit engagement portion 4a can be press-fit with each other by receiving a pressing force. Especially convenient. According to the example of FIG. 6, the vertical edge 3 for the hinge is slid into engagement with the hinge forming portion of the panel 1, and the vertical edge 4 for receiving the end portion is pressed and engaged with the remaining portion from outside. Since other members can be appropriately attached, the end processing of the panel can be rationalized. In the illustration, the hinge vertical edge 3
A cap 7A is attached to the upper end of the cap. The recess at the center of the cap is a slide groove for slide lock of the panel. Between the hinge vertical edge 3 and the end receiving vertical edge 4, a joint 8 having an upright wall 8a for fitting the upper and lower ends of both edge materials can be interposed, or both vertical edges can be provided. 3,4

In the case of a configuration in which a slight gap is formed between the opposed vertical edges 4 and 4 for receiving the end portion, as shown in an example in FIG. 9, an interposing member 10 is interposed between the two to close the gap. It can be a connection panel. The interposition member 10 is formed of an appropriate hard material such as aluminum or plastic, or an appropriate elastic material such as foamed plastic or rubber, and is 45 ° to 100 ° from the center of the circular edge of the vertical edge 4 for receiving the end.
Has a width L that can be joined to the curved surface of the arc portion within the angle α, a thickness width W that can contact the curved surfaces of both circular edges at the front and rear portions, and a gap between the two circular edges at the middle portion. It has an arbitrary shape having the same or smaller thickness width V.
If the front and rear width L is smaller than the above 45 °, FIG.
It is easy to come off during panel rotation like
If it is larger than 100 °, when the connecting panels 1 and 1 are rotated in an overlapped state as shown in FIG. 10B, the recessed portion 4c for absorbing the front and rear portions of the interposed member is largely formed. This is not preferable from the viewpoint of molding work, appearance, strength and the like.

FIGS. 12 and 13 show a vertical edge 4A for receiving an end portion having a structure different from that described above. That is, the panel body 2
The attachment structure to the end portion 4A is the same as that described above or other appropriate structure, and includes at least a tip portion 4A including an arcuate cross section.
a is formed with an elastic member such as sponge, rubber, or the like, and the front end portion 4Aa sets a rotation axis 1a of the panel at a front end portion between the front and rear widths of the panel 1, and sets a distance between the front and rear surfaces around the rotation axis. It is formed to have a substantially semicircular cross-sectional curved surface slightly projecting outward from the tip of the virtual circle S having a radius. If the panels 1, 1 are connected with the longitudinal edges 4A for receiving the ends facing each other, as shown in FIG. 12, the curved surfaces at the front ends are lightly pressed, and they are joined and connected in a slightly flat shape to form a gap at all. Do not let. When the panel 1 is rotated, the flat press-contact surface moves on the curved surface with the rotation, and causes a slight press-contact deformation at the curved surface 3d, but the deformation stress can be absorbed by the elastic material. There is no loss of smoothness.

B is shown. The mounting structure with the panel main body 2 is the same as described above, except that the tip of the edge material is formed as a circular uneven surface, and the uneven surface is formed into a semicircular curved surface concentric with the rotation axis 1a of the panel. A concave surface 4Ba is formed along the surface, and a plurality of convex portions 4Bb are formed at a constant height so as to form concentric circles with the concave portions at regular intervals. Convex part 4
The shape of Bb may be semicircular in cross section or any other shape, but the width is smaller than the circumferential width of the concave portion 4Ba between the adjacent convex portions, and the axis parallel to the panel surface passing through the rotating shaft 1a is symmetrical. In the case of the axis Y, the projections 4Bb on the front side and the rear side of the symmetry axis Y
Are formed so as to be at asymmetric positions where they do not partially overlap. The panels 1 and 1 may be connected such that the circular concave and convex surfaces face each other and the concave portion 4Ba and the convex portion 4Bb are engaged with each other, and the concave and convex always engage with the rotation, so that a gap is not generated between the panels. It does not impair smooth rotation.

As described above, according to the present invention, by engaging the vertical edge via the connecting rail, the vertical edge can be easily and reliably fixed, and the hinge is not protruded, so that the hinge is not provided. A flexible band can be formed as a hinge simply by winding it along the vertical edge of the hinge engaged with the connecting rail. The connection panel can be decoratively finished by engaging the material, and a panel having a good appearance can be obtained when viewed from any direction of the front and rear surfaces. The pair of flexible belts evenly hold only the vertical edges for the hinge to stably maintain the rotation axis of the connecting panel. The rotation axis of the panel does not shift, smooth rotation can be performed, and the panel can be always rotated. At the same time, the panels can be connected with almost no gap. If the vertical edge can be fixed by slide engagement and press fit engagement, a desired combination of the vertical edge and other members can be achieved, and the workability, functionality, and design of the movable connection panel can be improved together. Can be. If the flexible band is configured to be locked to the vertical edge for the hinge, stable stretching of the flexible band can be easily guaranteed. If an interposition member is interposed between opposing curved surfaces of the connection panel having a curved surface based on the arcuate cross section of the vertical edge tip surface, the gap that can be seen through can be maintained while maintaining the rotation stability of the panel. A connection panel that does not produce can be provided. By interposing a double hinge, the stability of rotation can be further improved while achieving the above effects.
