Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gate pump equipment with a simple structure and small size installable at a low cost, avoiding a down flow object in a water channel from directly striking a submerged pump, and requiring less power for lifting operation, thus providing an advantage of low running cost. SOLUTION: Two units of main and auxiliary vertical submerged pumps 9a and 9b are connected to the fork-shaped lower end opening surface 8a and 8b of an elbow delivery pipe 4, respectively, the elbow delivery pipe 4 is divided into a main pump side delivery route and an auxiliary pump side delivery route through a separator, a check valve is installed in both delivery routes, a lifting guide 14 is vertically installed in a upper surface opening box-shaped gate skeleton body 1, and an engagement element 15a led from the outer surface of the elbow elbow pipe 4 is engaged slidably with the lifting guide 14. When a pump is lowered, suction ports 16a and 16b are lowered to near the opening position of a water intake 2, and the side end opening surface 5 of the elbow delivery pipe 4 coincides with a water outlet 3. When the pump is lifted, the side end opening surface 5 is separated from the water outlet 3.

2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, a submersible pump 104 is mounted on an inner water side A of a gate 101 which is supported up and down by a water gate provided in a water channel.
When the outer water level is lower than the inner water level, as shown in FIG.
10, the submersible pump 104 is pulled up and drained by natural flow, and when the external water level becomes higher than the internal water level, the submersible pump 104 is lowered together with the gate 101 as shown in FIG. Gate pump equipment for forcibly discharging water is already known.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional gate pump equipment,
Since the submersible pump 104 is cantilevered on the inland water side A of the gate 101, a weight imbalance occurs and the gate 1
01 is not smooth, the large weight gate 101 is moved up and down together with the submersible pump 104, so a large power is required, the running cost is increased, and the large opening H for the passage of the pump through the slab at the upper part of the water channel is formed. There is a drawback that a machine hatch is required, the construction cost is increased due to the maintenance of the strength of the building frame, and the submerged pump 104 facing the inner waterway A is directly hit by the falling material in the waterway and is damaged. Furthermore, the gate equipment is provided with sub-pumps in preparation for additional drainage in the event of a main pump failure or emergency, and separate discharge pipes are provided for each of these two separately mounted main and sub-pumps. For this reason, there is a regret that the configuration becomes complicated and the equipment is inevitably enlarged.

When the main and sub vertical submersible pumps 9a and 9b start to descend along the elevating guide 14, the separation pin 15b, which will be described later, is in sliding contact with the elevating guide 14, so that the side end of the elbow-shaped discharge pipe 4 is provided. The opening surface 5 is slightly separated from the outer water side wall surface 1b, but immediately before reaching the descent limit, the engaging element 15a abuts on the front edge 14a of the lower portion of the elevating guide 14, and along the inclination of the front edge 14a. When the side end opening surface 5 and the water outlet 3 are concentrically guided and guided forward, the weight of the main and sub vertical submersible pumps 9a and 9b acts as thrust and acts on the peripheral surface of the water outlet 3. The side end opening surface 5 of the elbow-shaped discharge pipe 4 and the water outlet 3 are brought into conduction. Reference numeral 15b denotes a separating pin led out from the outer surface of the elbow-shaped discharge pipe 4, and the lifting guide 1 when the main and sub vertical submersible pumps 9a and 9b reach the lowering limit.

[Function] When the outer water level is lower than the inner water level, the gate body 1
At the same time, the main and sub vertical submersible pumps 9a and 9b are in the ascending position and drained by natural flow. When the water level becomes higher, the main and sub vertical submersible pumps 9a and 9b together with the gate body 1 are provided.
8 is prepared for the intrusion of outside water by lowering b, but even if the outside water level further rises, while the inside water level does not reach the pump operation water level, only check valves 13a and 13b prevent outside water intrusion. However, forced discharge of inland water by pump operation is not performed. In the event that the pump needs to be repaired or replaced during this period, it is sufficient to raise only the main and sub vertical submersible pumps 9a and 9b while leaving the gate body 1 in the water channel. When the internal water level rises and reaches a predetermined operation water level, the internal pump is forcibly discharged by operating the main pump 9a. When a failure occurs in the main pump 9a, the internal water is forcibly discharged by operating the sub-pump 9b.
When the internal water is to be discharged urgently, the main and sub vertical submersible pumps 9a and 9b are simultaneously operated. As described in the embodiment, when the main and sub vertical submersible pumps 9a and 9b are lowered, the engaging element 15a is guided forward along the inclination of the front edge 14a at the lower part of the lifting guide 14. Since the weight of the main and sub vertical submersible pumps 9a and 9b acts as thrust on the peripheral surface of the water discharge port 3, the peripheral surface and the side end opening surface 5 of the elbow discharge pipe 4 Is stable, and no pressure leakage occurs during operation of the pump.
If the inner diameter of the seal packing 6 is made slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the packing mounting flange F, as in the embodiment of FIG. The pressure receiving surface 6e is formed, and the seal packing 6 is in close contact with the peripheral surface of the water discharge port 3 during the operation of the pump, so that the pressure leakage function of the joint surface is further enhanced in combination with the thrust action by the pump weight. .

According to the gate pump equipment of the present invention, the discharge ports of the two main and sub-vertical submersible pumps are connected to a single water discharge port, so that the configuration is simple and can be installed at a low cost without increasing the size. In addition, since the two main and sub-vertical submersible pumps are held in the box-shaped gate body having an open top, it is possible to avoid the flow-down in the water channel from directly hitting the submersible pump, and
When the submersible pump is repaired or replaced, only the main and sub vertical submersible pumps need to be raised and lowered with the gate body remaining in the waterway, so there is no need for large power for lifting and lowering operation and running cost is also advantageous. It is.

1. A gate structure having a box-like upper surface opening is provided in a water channel, an intake opening is formed below an inner water wall surface of the gate structure, and a single water outlet is formed above an outer water wall surface of the gate structure. The lower end opening surface of the elbow-shaped discharge pipe formed so that the side end opening surface is detachably opposed to the peripheral surface of the water outlet is bifurcated, and the branched lower end opening surface is formed. The outlets of the two main and sub-vertical submersible pumps are separately connected to each other and integrally connected, and the inside of the elbow-shaped discharge pipe is divided into a main pump side discharge path and a sub pump side discharge path by a separator, and the sections are divided. A check valve is attached to each of the two discharge passages, and a vertical guide vertically installed in the gate body and an engaging member led out from the outer surface of the elbow-shaped discharge pipe are slidably engaged with each other so that the main and auxiliary two The lifting mechanism of the vertical submersible pump is constructed, and the main and sub vertical submersible pumps are When the pump is moved up and down, the pump suction port is lowered to the vicinity of the opening position of the water intake port during the lowering operation, and the side end opening surface of the elbow-shaped discharge pipe is in conduction with the water discharge port. Gate pump equipment characterized in that it is set so as to be spaced above the opening position of the mouth and to have the side end opening surface of the elbow-shaped discharge pipe detached from the peripheral surface of the water outlet and to move upward.
