面倒な端末操作をしなくても、聞き取りやすく且つ周
囲の人々の興味を引く呼出音を発する携帯電話機が開発
されるのを待ち望んでいる。2. 発せられるスピーカー６と、表示部７とから構成されて
おり、前記アンテナ２は受信部３に接続されていると共
に、受信部３、ＲＯＭ４、スピーカ６及び表示部７は制
御装置５により制御されるようにしてある。受信部３
は、着信を検知したときには図示しない呼出カウンター
を「０」にセットするようにしてある。ＲＯＭ４には、
予め複数の有名人やアーティストの声や歌を記憶させて
ある。ここで、この実施形態の携帯電話機１では、図２
に示すフローチャートに基づいて以下の〜のように
動作する。 受信部３が着信を検知すると、呼出カウンターの計
数値が「０」にセットされる。 呼出音の回数の増加に伴い呼出カウンターの計数値
は１、２、３、・・・・・と変化していくが、前記呼出
カウンターの計数値を制御装置５がチェックしている。
そして、呼出カウンターの計数値が「１」〜「５」で
は、制御装置５が、ＲＯＭ４に予め記憶されている有名
人やアーティストの１番目の声や歌（声・歌１）を取り
出し、この取り出された声・歌１はスピーカー６から呼
出音として発せられる。 次に、呼出カウンターの計数値が「６」になると、
制御装置５が、ＲＯＭ４に予め記憶されている声・歌１
とは内容の異なる、有名人やアーティストの２番目の声
や歌（声・歌２）を取り出す。そして、制御装置５によ
り取り出された有名人やアーティストの声・歌２はスピ
ーカ６より呼出音として発せられる。前記声・歌２は呼
出カウンターの計数値が「１０」になるまでスピーカ６
から発せられる。 呼出カウンターの計数値が「１１」以上になると、
上記と同様にして有名人やアーティストの３番目の声や
歌（声・歌３）がスピーカ６から呼出音として発せられ
る。 なお、このルーチンは、携帯電話機１を通話可能状
態にした時点で上記した呼出音は終了する。 上記したように、この携帯電話機１では、呼出回数５回
目毎に３段階に変化し、この変化により、他者の携帯電
話機の呼出音と自己のそれとの区別を容易に認識するこ
とができる。しかも、スピーカ６から発せられる声や歌
が有名人やアーティストのものであるから、その意外性
から周囲の人々の興味を引くことになる。また、この携
帯電話機１では、ＲＯＭ４に予め記憶させた有名人やア
ーティストの声、歌を取り出し、スピーカ６から発する
ようにしたものであるから、、面倒な端末操作を必要と
せず、だれでも簡単に且つ明瞭で聞き取りやすい声や歌
を呼出音にすることができる。 （実施形態２）この実施形態の携帯電話機では上記実施
形態１の機能に加えて、表示部７に有名人やアーティス
トの画像、文字／ＣＭ、商標（サービスマークを含む）
の画像、文字が表示されるようになっている。このた
め、ＲＯＭ４には、予め複数の有名人やアーティストの
声、歌に加えて、有名人やアーティストの画像、文字／
ＣＭ、商標（サービスマークを含む）の画像、文字を記
憶させてある。以下にこの実施形態２の携帯電話機にお
ける特有の機能を図３のフローチャートに基づいて説明
する。 電源を投入すると、切替カウンターの計数値が
「０」になる。 画像や文字の呼び出し回数の増加に伴い切替カウン
ターの計数値は１、２、３、・・・・・と変化していく

置５が、ＲＯＭ４よりＣＭ、商標（サービスマークを含
む）の画像・文字を登録の順列に従い順番に取り出し、
この取り出された画像・文字は表示設定時間だけ表示部
７に表示される。なお、このとき切替カウンターの計数

が、これに限定されるものではなく、呼出回数で声や歌
が変化しないものとしてもよいし、所定の呼出回数で２
段階に変化するものとしてもよい。この場合において
も、呼出音である声や歌は有名人やアーティストのもの
であるから、本件発明の作用・効果を有することが明ら
かである。また、上記実施形態では、表示部に表示され
る画像や文字が、呼出回数により切り替わるようにして
あるが、これに限定されることなく、時間経過により切
り替わるようにしてもよい。また、上記実施形態におい
て、表示部に表示される画像や文字が、画面分割により
複数表示されるようにしてもよい。図４に示すものはそ
