Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a wind pipe of this type has been required to be a single wind pipe with the extension of tunnel excavation in recent years, and is made of a flame-retardant, light, high-strength fiber called DLYNEMA and PE, which is called FLY. The main part of the fiber is made of a fiber, and a fastener is attached to the end and connected by a chuck structure using the fastener.

In that case, the air source had to be required to have a high output, and the economic efficiency continued to deteriorate. Therefore, various measures were taken to prevent the air inside the wind pipe from leaking.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a side surface of the wind conduit schematically illustrating preparation for connection of the wind conduit. That is, the air leakage prevention skirt 16 is inverted in advance and retracted in the direction of the air duct main body 10 so that the male fastener pieces 12 can be connected. On the other hand, the wind conduit body 22 is brought close to the female fastener piece 24 using the fastener slider ring 26.
And the male fastener piece 12 is connected. Next, the anti-leak skirt 16 is advanced and inverted to complete the connection. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a side surface of the wind conduit schematically showing a state in which the wind conduit main body 10 and the wind conduit main body 22 are connected. That is, when air flows in the wind conduit, the wind conduit 22 expands due to the internal pressure of the flowing air in any of the flowing directions of the air 34 and 36, and the air conduit 22 is in close contact with the leak prevention skirt 16 and is in contact with the wind conduit 22. Hermeticity is maintained with the connection vicinity portion 38, and as a result, air leakage at the connection portion is prevented. Further, the expansion of the air duct is suppressed by the low elongation belt 20, and the fluttering phenomenon due to the wind-up of the leakage prevention skirt and the like is also avoided.

The leak prevention structure of the attached wind conduit prevents air leakage and fluttering at the connection of the wind conduit even when switching the air flow direction due to air supply / exhaust. In addition, there is no need for a double fastener wind conduit, and there is little damage to the connection, so that long-term stable use is possible.
