Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as this type of transfer printing method, there is a method of manufacturing a transfer sheet for color copying (Japanese Patent Application No. 229205/1996). The transfer adhesive used for conventional transfer paper uses a hot-melt adhesive (hot melt) that does not produce adhesiveness at room temperature because the paper comes into contact with internal components when it passes through a copying machine. Was. For this reason, when transferring an image to a material to be transferred, it was necessary to prepare a hot press in order to reactivate the adhesive. The demand of the market is a simple and convenient transfer sheet that transfers an image only by rubbing without using a special machine, and aims to achieve the above object by improving the method of manufacturing the conventional transfer sheet. Things.

However, when using an adhesive, an oil-based release agent such as silicon applied to a paper substrate causes the following problems. That is, since the pressure-sensitive adhesive is viscous at room temperature, it is more fluid than the heat-sensitive adhesive, and when the image is formed, the foil is adhered after the image is formed, and the coating is removed from the non-image portion, the image is removed. However, there is a disadvantage that the toner is easily dropped from the transfer paper. When the release performance of the release agent is weakened or the adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is increased, it becomes difficult to transfer an image to a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive film used for retransfer to a material. For this reason, it is difficult to achieve the above object by simply changing the conventional material from an adhesive to an adhesive, and in order to solve this, the image must be obtained until immediately before the image is transferred to the material. Did not peel off from the paper base, and when all image forming processes were completed,
It is necessary to give the transfer paper the property that the image peels off.

Transfer paper is provided. A color image by an electrostatic dry copying machine, an image by a laser printer or a hot-melt printer for a personal computer, or a drawn image by a paint mainly containing a synthetic resin such as acrylic paint is formed on the surface of the transfer paper. An adhesive film having a removable adhesive layer on the surface of the image is polymerized and pressed,
Thereafter, the water-soluble paste is melted by impregnating the paper base and the water-soluble paste with water, and the image is transferred from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the removable adhesive film side.

As the adhesive, a synthetic rubber-based adhesive is suitable. The reason is that when the adhesive layer other than the image portion is removed as a masking film (resist film) of a color image as a masking film (resist film), it is easily melted with an organic solvent having a low solubility that does not melt the color image. This is because they are excellent in workability and health and safety. As the synthetic resin layer, acrylic and polyurethane-based ones are suitable from the viewpoints of copy suitability and solvent meltability (melt with an organic solvent having lower solubility than color images). The color of the synthetic resin layer may be white, transparent, blue, or the like, depending on the purpose of transfer. That is, if you want to conceal the transfer of the color image and transfer it, you can get white, if you want to obtain a translucent color, it is transparent, if you want to transfer the gold foil by heat bonding it to the toner image, it is blue. Is suitable.

Plays the role of resist film,
The synthetic resin layer and the adhesive layer in the non-image area can be removed. Thereafter, the color transfer sheet capable of transferring only the image portion can be obtained by polymerizing the re-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive film and peeling the paper substrate.

By polymerizing and heating and pressing,
It is possible to obtain a transfer image of a metallic tone or white which is not present in the toner. Further, if a transfer resin using a transparent resin is used, it is possible to transfer the toner in a form in which a transparent film as a protective layer is laminated on the surface of a color image by toner. Furthermore, a transfer image of a desired color can be obtained by laminating on a toner image using a white transfer foil and then coloring the white layer with a commercially available color ink or color pencil.

A toner image was formed on a transfer paper obtained by sequentially applying and drying a series of white inks using a Ricoh color copier (Pretail). After attaching a re-peelable adhesive film (SOFTAC) made by Dainippon Ink and pressing the image surface with a spatula, water is applied to the back surface of the transfer paper to melt the dextrin and transfer the transfer paper. The sheet was peeled off, and the water was evaporated and dried to obtain a color transfer sheet.

Transfer. Also, after a character image of 100% yellow was formed on a transfer paper by Ricoh color copy, the image surface was wiped off with a tissue paper containing isopropyl alcohol, and the toner did not melt.
The adhesive and the white ink in the portion where no toner was applied could be removed. From this state, the pressure-sensitive adhesive film was polymerized and pressed in the same manner as above, and the paper was peeled off and dried from the back surface of the transfer paper to obtain a color transfer sheet in which only the toner image portion remained.

Color copiers and personal computer printers can be diverted, and there is also an effect that new capital investment costs are not required. Furthermore, since the adhesive of the present invention uses an ordinary pressure-sensitive adhesive, it can be transferred to various materials to be transferred which are very weak to heat as compared with a conventional hot-melt adhesive. There is a convenient effect that can be adapted to many. Also,
Unnecessary parts other than color images are not transferred, so even in applications such as creating samples of products to be actually printed, a convenient effect that the same finish as the printed one can be confirmed. Since it is not required, there is an excellent effect that color transfer can be performed on a signboard, a structure, a vehicle, and the like outdoors. Further, according to the present invention, there is also an effect that any person can easily and surely create the image in a short time without requiring advanced technology and skill.
