The plate section 8 is used when transferring articles such as containers from the upstream conveyor 4 to the downstream conveyor 6.
An acute angle is formed between a horizontal plane portion 8a constituting a sliding surface on which these articles move while sliding, and both sides (the side facing the upstream conveyor 4 and the side facing the downstream conveyor 6) of this plane portion 8a. Folded side portions 8b, and flat lower surface portions 8c obtained by horizontally bending the lower ends of the side portions 8b on both sides inward.
And The flat portion 8a of the plate portion 8 is short on the downstream side (left side in the figure), and slightly longer on the upstream side than on the downstream side. The transfer member 2 disposed between the plurality of conveyors 4 and 6 has a plate portion 8 when the length in the transport direction increases.
It is preferable that the length is as short as possible because there is a risk that the articles sliding on the upper side may stop on the way. However, the upstream side of the plate portion 8 is extended so that the transfer from the upstream conveyor 4 can be performed smoothly. On the other hand, the downstream side is shortened because there is no risk of articles being caught during transfer. That is, the surface of the delivery member 2 on which the article slides (the flat portion 8a).
Is required to be as short as possible, but if the distance between the upstream conveyor 4 and the upstream conveyor 4 is large, the transfer cannot be performed smoothly. Therefore, the flat portion 8a is moved from the intermediate position of the connecting portion between the upstream conveyor 4 and the downstream conveyor 6. Are also offset to the upstream side. With such a configuration, it is possible to smoothly deliver the article and to eliminate the possibility that the article stops during the delivery. Note that the plate section 8 is not limited to a configuration in which the upstream side is extended, and it goes without saying that the present invention is established even if the upstream side and the downstream side have the same size.

As described above, a space is formed inside the plate portion 8 which is bent in a substantially inverted trapezoidal shape, and the space is formed by the plate thickness of the bent portions 20a and 32a at the tip of the rail portion 34. The height of the gap H is substantially the same as or slightly larger than that of the thin plate portion 20 and the auxiliary plate 32. have. Therefore, when the plate portion 8 is engaged with the rail portion 34, the plate portion 8 is restricted from moving up and down relative to the rail portion 34, and is moved in the direction in which the conveyors 4 and 6 convey articles (the direction of arrow A). Moving is also regulated. On the other hand, the plate portion 8 can move in the longitudinal direction of the rail portion 34 (the direction orthogonal to the transport direction A of the conveyors 4 and 6). In addition, the plate part 8 may be constituted by one member in the longitudinal direction, or may be constituted by a plurality of divided members.

The operation of the delivery member 2 between the conveyors according to the above configuration will be described. When an article such as a container conveyed by the upstream conveyor 4 reaches the downstream end, the transfer member 2 is moved from above the conveying surface 4c of the conveyor belt 4b.
And moves on the flat sliding surface 8a of the plate portion 8 and slides on the sliding surface 8a to advance on the conveying surface 6c of the downstream conveyor 6. Thus, the upstream conveyor 4
Since the plate portion 8 of the delivery member 2 disposed therebetween is made of resin when transferring from the to the downstream conveyor 6,
It can slide and move smoothly with little frictional resistance. Therefore, there is no possibility that the article is caught and fall down, and the last article to be conveyed does not remain on the plate portion 8 and can smoothly slide and move onto the downstream conveyor 6. .

In this embodiment, since the plate portion 8 constituting the sliding surface 8a of the delivery member 2 is made of resin, the article can be moved smoothly and the delivery between the two conveyors 4, 6 can be performed. However, since the wear is greater than in the case of the conventional metal, it is necessary to replace the metal in a shorter time. However, in the above-described embodiment, since the plate portion 8 is not fixed to the support 10 but is merely engaged with the rail portion 34 at the upper end of the support 10, the plate portion 8 is moved along the rail portion 34 in the conveyor conveyance direction A. The plate portion 8 can be replaced very easily.

In the above embodiment, a rail portion 34 is formed at the upper end of the support 10 by integrally integrating the thin plate portion 20 having the tip 20a bent horizontally and the auxiliary plate 32 having the tip 32a bent in the opposite direction. The plate portion 8 is supported by the support 10 by engaging the plate portion 8 bent in a substantially inverted trapezoidal shape with the rail portion 34. However, the plate portion 8 is not limited to the shape described above. It is needless to say that the vertical movement and the movement in the front and rear direction of the conveyor conveyance direction A can be restricted, and the engagement and support can be performed so as to be movable in the direction orthogonal to the conveyor conveyance direction A. Further, the connecting portions of the two conveyors 4 and 6 have a structure in which the conveyor belts 4b and 6b are inverted by a fixed guide. However, a normal pulley may be provided to invert the conveyor belts 4b and 6b.

As described above, according to the present invention, a delivery member arranged between a plurality of conveyors for delivering articles is constituted by a plate portion and a support, and the plate portion is moved in the conveyor transport direction. The plate portion can be replaced very easily because it can be moved in the orthogonal direction and can be attached and detached. In addition, since the plate portion is made of resin, the article can move smoothly, and it is possible to prevent the article from overturning or remaining on the delivery member.
