Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activated purified water production device by removing various substances harmful to a human body contained in city water and efficiently providing activated purified water, in the activated purified water production device, especially a half underground buried type purified water production device attached to a city water original pipe. SOLUTION: This device in formed of a half underground buried type from very simple three components of a raw water inflow unit, an activated purified water unit, and an activated purified water outflow unit, thus the device is constituted to enable easy exchange of an activated filter element imposed an exchange duty. The activated purified water unit is formed from a double pipe consisting of an outer shell pipe expanded the central part and a porous mesh pipe supported on the central line in the inside. The pipe is constituted such that tourmaline and a medical stone type filter element are filled in the space of the double pipe, and raw water flowing in the unit is made not to flow in the porous mesh pipe attached in the outer shell pipe, but its flow is changed to flow in between the filter elements filled on the outer surface. While water passes through these filter elements, water is activated and purified and then is dropped in the pipe via fine pores on the mesh pipe and is taken out from an opened outflow port at the other end as the activated purified water.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, purifiers for drinking water and domestic water are:
Although a wide variety of products are commercially available, active water purification devices for ordinary houses or small apartment houses are mainly vertical devices,
It is easy to fall down due to the contact of the human body and the like, and there are many accidents such as breakage of the neck. Moreover, since it is an upright type, there is a disadvantage that a slightly large installation surface is required. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the applicant of the present invention applied the purifying unit (C) to another raw water inflow unit (A) and an active water purifying unit in the active water purifying apparatus of Japanese Patent Application No. 11-376384 in 1999. Removed from the clean water outflow unit (B), and configured so that only the mesh capsule (D) containing the filtration material in it could be replaced, formed an anti-underground device, and succeeded in solving the above-mentioned disadvantages did.

However, it can be said that such a water purifying means has achieved the intended purpose for the time being, but the capacity of the net-like capsule containing the filtering material is small, and the active capacity is limited. However, depending on the flow rate of the raw water, the activity of the capsule itself is deviated due to one side of the unit,
A phenomenon that reduced the amount of flowing water also occurred. The present invention solves these disadvantages.

In the raw water purifying means of the present invention, the purifying unit is composed of an outer shell pipe bulging like a bottle body, and a permeable mesh pipe inserted and mounted on the center line thereof. A double-walled stopcock with a flange and a blind stopcock with a perforated flange are filled between the two pipes and filled with the above-mentioned filtration material. The filter material filled between the two pipes is not moved or dammed by the water flow,
It is characterized in that it is configured so that inflow raw water can be efficiently purified.

In such a configuration, the raw water flowing into the activation unit from the raw water inflow unit is supplied to the water-permeable mesh pipe closed by the stopcock of the blind stopcock having a perforated flange. Does not flow, flows through the perforated flange portion, flows into the filtration material layer on the mesh tube surface, is filtered and activated, flows into the inside through the pores on the mesh tube surface, The water flows out from the opening of the perforated stopcock with flange on the outflow side to the active water purification outflow unit. Since the filtration material at this time is filled between the perforated and blind flanges of both stopcocks, it does not move or shift depending on running water,
Effectively contact with raw water to produce delicious and highly active purified water. The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

In such a configuration, the raw water flowing in the direction (f) into the inner hole (13) of the flange (4) from the raw water inflow unit (A) side is supplied to the bottom of the flanged stopcock (S). It is closed by the blind plate (9) and does not flow into the perforated mesh pipe (5) but flows into the filtration material (6) through the pores of the perforated flange (10). It is purified and activated while passing through the layer, flows out in the direction of the arrow (F) through the pores (10) of the mesh pipe (5), and flows into the mesh pipe inner hole (12) and the flanged stopcock (S ′). ) And through the outflow hole (13 ') of the outflow side flange (S') into the active purified water outflow unit (B).

In this case, the blind flange (7) of the flanged stopcock (S ') on the outflow side antagonizes the water pressure due to the permeated water flow of the filtration material (6) to prevent the flow and deviation of the filtration material. It is not allowed, and the large amount of filtration material filled in the widened portion (3) of the outer shell pipe (2) enables more effective purification and activation than the conventional product of FIG.

FIG. 6 shows another embodiment (65) of the porous mesh pipe. In this embodiment, the end of the perforated mesh pipe is flanged as shown by (67) without using the flanged stopcock (S ') on the active purified water outflow side shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. And fixed to the inside of the outer shell pipe (72) by the stopper ring (68) as described above, to prevent the active filtration material from being biased between these two pipes, and to efficiently inflow raw water. , And can be activated to the same degree as shown in the above embodiment.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the active filtration material in the outer shell pipe whose central part is widened is a stopcock having water-permeable pores penetrated at the ends of the raw water inflow side and the active purified water outflow side. (6) At the same time as passing through (64) and closing it so that water can flow, at the same time, one suitable metal plate or metal rod (62) is pointed to the inner central part of the outer shell pipe (52) and divided into two parts. Depending on the water flow (F), the upper and lower active filtration material (56)
By configuring so that it does not move or shift, active purified water can be taken out with almost the same efficiency.

Further, by making the outer shell pipe (52) of the raw water active water purification unit a transparent tube, a photocatalyst can be mixed into the purified active filtration material (6) (56) to be filled. In addition to removing residual chlorine and trihalomethane, which cannot be removed with a specific filtration material, the running water in the pipe and the filtration material can be seen through, making the raw water treatment operation easy and extremely high quality activity. It is possible to obtain purified water. In the case of a semi-buried type water purification device, there is no need to make the top cover of the buried storage box transparent or to attach a small black light inside the box.

By virtue of such a configuration and operation, the active water purification apparatus of the present invention has the following excellent effects as compared with conventional products. (1) By increasing the width of the central portion of the outer shell pipe, if the unit has a specific length, the capacity of the active filtration material can be doubled or tripled. (2) The performance is improved in proportion to the increase in the filtration material capacity. (3) If the performance is suppressed, the size of the apparatus can be reduced. (4) Cost reduction is possible due to miniaturization, the applicable range of the installation location is expanded, and the sales channel can be expanded. (5) It is possible to prevent the filtration material from moving and leaning in the outer shell pipe, so that the water flow resistance can be reduced. (6) Since the contact area between the filtration material and the water stream is increased, the performance is improved. (7) Since the outer shell pipe can be made a transparent pipe, the inside of the pipe can be seen through and the operation can be performed while observing the treatment status, so that high-quality active purified water can be easily generated. (8) Since a photocatalyst can be used, residual chlorine, trihalomethane, and the like, which are difficult to remove with a specific purifying agent, can also be removed. (9) Attached to the main pipe of the water supply, the use is expanded, and the washing effect: prevention of dirt in toilets, bathrooms, and lavatories: health effect during bathing: car washing effect: rust-prevention effect of pipes, etc. The effect can be improved. (10) Since it is a semi-underground horizontal type and box storage type, it is stable and safe, and it is easy to replace the filtration material. (11) It is inexpensive because members and parts are made of certified products.
