[0003] However, architectural surface materials (eg, gypsum board and ceramic siding materials) are generally thin, and have the disadvantage that cracks and falling off due to expansion and contraction are likely to occur at high temperatures. Therefore, in order to satisfy the predetermined performance in these portions, it is necessary to increase the thickness of the face material itself, or to use a material having a high fire resistance grade, and as a result, the material cost increases, or The drawback is that the weight becomes heavy and the burden on the workers at the construction site increases. In addition, as a means of securing the necessary fire resistance performance using relatively inexpensive materials, the same face material may be overlaid in multiple layers, for example. Growth, which has led to higher costs.

[0004] The present invention solves such conventional inconveniences and provides a thin metal plate (for example, 6
By pre-stretching zinc-iron sheet foil of about 0 microns), the existing workability is not impaired, and the fireproof performance, especially the flame-shielding performance is improved without superimposing the surface materials, making it easy to install at low cost. The purpose is to supply various face materials.

In particular, when a thin metal plate (the thickness is selected according to the required performance) is attached to the back surface of the face material, even if cracks or falling off due to shrinkage or expansion due to fire heating of the face material occur. In addition, a thin metal plate on the back side prevents a fire from passing through.

In this case, the heat insulation (insulation) performance on the back surface side is not so much expected from the surface material, but the heat insulation is made to be a heat insulation material by disposing a non-combustible heat insulation material on the back surface side of the surface material. It can be expected, and at the same time, the effect of protecting the heat insulating material from the fire can be obtained.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a face material when a metal plate of the present invention is attached only to the back side. In the figure, (1) is a face material made of a gypsum board or the like. The face material (1) has a rectangular shape as a whole, and is provided in a strip shape on the back surface along the outer periphery of the face material (1) and at a position slightly away from the outer peripheral edge thereof. With the adhesive or the double-sided adhesive tape (2), the same shape as the face material (1),
In addition, a thin metal plate (3) having fire resistance is attached. Such an adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive tape (2) may be applied to other positions in addition to the outer periphery of the surface material (1) if necessary, The face material (1) may be applied over the entire surface. Further, the method of attaching is not limited to the adhesive or the adhesive tape (2).

For example, as long as the same cutting process as that of a normal gypsum board is performed, a zinc-iron plate foil having a thickness of about 60 μm is used. If it is of such a thickness, it is necessary to cut it with a board knife in the same manner as when cutting a single piece of gypsum board, with the metal plate (3) attached to the face material (1) of the gypsum board in advance. It can be processed to a suitable size, and a product with extremely excellent workability can be obtained.

When the face material (1) is a gypsum board, a surface paper for retaining the shape is usually adhered to the surface of the gypsum board in order to prevent brittle fracture which is a weak point of the gypsum board. (3) can have a function as a substitute for the front surface paper. In this case, the metal sheet (3) can be directly attached to the surface of the gypsum material at the time of molding the face material (1), so that the surface paper can be omitted. As a result, the face material can be easily and easily mass-produced without using an adhesive.
(1) can be manufactured, and compared with the case where both the surface paper and the metal plate (3) are stretched, the number of processing steps can be reduced, and the cost of two types of materials, paper and adhesive, can be saved. Production costs can be kept low.

The surface material (1) to which the thin metal plate (3) is attached as described above can be used for the metal plate even when it is fastened on site.
Because (3) is thin, it is possible to use a construction method that conforms to the construction standards of ordinary face materials (1) that do not have a metal plate (3) attached, using special tools or adding new construction procedures. There is no need, and construction can be performed as before.

Here, taking the case where the face material (1) is used as a wall plate as an example, the fire resistance performance when the metal plate (3) is stuck to only the back side, only the front side, and both the front and back sides. explain. First, as shown in FIG. 6, when the metal plate (3) is adhered only to the back surface side of the face material (1), the face material (1) is cracked when subjected to fire heating (21) from the front side. However, the metal plate (3) does not fall off while being fixed to the steel base material (23) by the screws (22). Therefore, it is possible to prevent the flame from directly entering the inside of the face material (1), and it is possible to exhibit a flame shielding effect. In this case, a non-flammable heat insulating material (24) or the like is filled inside the metal plate (3) to secure a certain heat shielding effect. The same can be said for the face material (1).

As shown in FIG. 7, when the metal plate (3) is adhered only to the front side of the face material (1), even if the metal plate (3) is subjected to flame heating (21) from the front side, Since no cracks are formed in the metal sheet (3) and the metal plate (3) does not fall off, it is possible to prevent the face material (1) from falling off to the surface side and to exert a flame-shielding effect. In this case, a non-combustible heat insulating material (2
By filling 4) or the like, it is possible to prevent the face material (1) from falling off to the back side, and to effectively exert the heat shielding effect of the face material (1). In the case of the surface material (1), if the metal plate (3) is attached to the surface side, the surface material is formed only by the metal plate (3).
(1) can be prevented from falling off, and the heat shielding effect of the face material (1) can be effectively exhibited without filling with a heat insulating material.

As shown in FIG. 8, when the metal plates (3) and (3) are stuck on both the front and back sides of the face material (1), even if the front side receives the fire heating (21), Metal plate on front and back side (3) (3)
Since both do not fall off, the falling off of the face material (1) can be reliably prevented only by the metal plates (3) and (3).
The heat shielding and flame shielding effects can be more effectively exerted.

As described above, according to the present invention, a thin metal plate or the like stretched on the surface can suppress burnout in the event of a fire and improve fire resistance, particularly flame resistance. Further, if a thin metal plate is stretched on both the front and back surfaces, even a surface material that exhibits brittle properties at high temperatures is reinforced by the metal plate, and thus it is difficult to fall off.

As a result, the fire resistance and the flame insulation are improved by the pre-stretched metal plate. As a result, it is not necessary to use a material having a high fire resistance and do not need to laminate the material, thereby suppressing an increase in material cost. . In addition, by eliminating the need for construction work such as stacking, shortening of the construction period at the site and increase in labor costs are suppressed, the increase in weight due to thickening is reduced, and the burden on site workers is reduced.

As a secondary effect, a composite effect can be obtained by laminating a metal plate or the like, so that the bending rigidity and strength of the surface material are improved, and the penetration resistance against collision of a person or an object is improved. In addition, the generation of a through hole reaching the back surface can be prevented.

Further, in a case where a surface paper is stuck such as a gypsum board, a thin metal plate is directly stuck to the gypsum material in place of the surface paper, so that the conventional method can be used for the production of the gypsum board without using the surface paper. It is possible to mass produce inexpensively a large number of surface materials on which a metal plate is adhered, with the same number of processing steps as that for applying the surface paper.
