Description of the Related Art Architectural surface materials are used in almost all places, both indoors and outdoors, such as ceilings, walls, floors, roofs, and fireproof coatings. These parts play a very important role in suppressing the spread and burnout of the fire, and in protecting the structure from fire heating.

Therefore, in order to satisfy the predetermined performance in these portions, it is necessary to increase the thickness of the face material itself, or to use a material having a high fire resistance grade, and as a result, the material cost increases, or The drawback is that the weight becomes heavy and the burden on the workers at the construction site increases. In addition, as a means of securing the necessary fire resistance performance using relatively inexpensive materials, the same face material may be overlaid in multiple layers, for example. Growth, which has led to higher costs.

By pre-stretching zinc-iron sheet foil of about 0 microns), the existing workability is not impaired, and the fireproof performance, especially the flame-shielding performance is improved without superimposing the surface materials, making it easy to install at low cost. The purpose is to supply various face materials.

It is characterized by the following.

In the figure, (1) is a face material made of a gypsum board or the like. The face material (1) has a rectangular shape as a whole, and is provided in a strip shape on the back surface along the outer periphery of the face material (1) and at a position slightly away from the outer peripheral edge thereof. With the adhesive or the double-sided adhesive tape (2), the same shape as the face material (1),
In addition, a thin metal plate (3) having fire resistance is attached. Such an adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive tape (2) may be applied to other positions in addition to the outer periphery of the surface material (1) if necessary, The face material (1) may be applied over the entire surface. Further, the method of attaching is not limited to the adhesive or the adhesive tape (2).

If it is of such a thickness, it is necessary to cut it with a board knife in the same manner as when cutting a single piece of gypsum board, with the metal plate (3) attached to the face material (1) of the gypsum board in advance. It can be processed to a suitable size, and a product with extremely excellent workability can be obtained.

In this case, cutting is performed with a cutting tool having a high cutting ability, such as a diamond saw, or a workpiece that has been processed to a fixed size is pasted and fastened on site.

(3) can have a function as a substitute for the front surface paper. In this case, the metal sheet (3) can be directly attached to the surface of the gypsum material at the time of molding the face material (1), so that the surface paper can be omitted. As a result, the face material can be easily and easily mass-produced without using an adhesive.
(1) can be manufactured, and compared with the case where both the surface paper and the metal plate (3) are stretched, the number of processing steps can be reduced, and the cost of two types of materials, paper and adhesive, can be saved. Production costs can be kept low.

Because (3) is thin, it is possible to use a construction method that conforms to the construction standards of ordinary face materials (1) that do not have a metal plate (3) attached, using special tools or adding new construction procedures. There is no need, and construction can be performed as before.

First, as shown in FIG. 6, when the metal plate (3) is adhered only to the back surface side of the face material (1), the face material (1) is cracked when subjected to fire heating (21) from the front side. However, the metal plate (3) does not fall off while being fixed to the steel base material (23) by the screws (22). Therefore, it is possible to prevent the flame from directly entering the inside of the face material (1), and it is possible to exhibit a flame shielding effect. In this case, a non-flammable heat insulating material (24) or the like is filled inside the metal plate (3) to secure a certain heat shielding effect. The same can be said for the face material (1).

In this case, a non-combustible heat insulating material (2
By filling 4) or the like, it is possible to prevent the face material (1) from falling off to the back side, and to effectively exert the heat shielding effect of the face material (1). In the case of the surface material (1), if the metal plate (3) is attached to the surface side, the surface material is formed only by the metal plate (3).
(1) can be prevented from falling off, and the heat shielding effect of the face material (1) can be effectively exhibited without filling with a heat insulating material.

Since both do not fall off, the falling off of the face material (1) can be reliably prevented only by the metal plates (3) and (3).
The heat shielding and flame shielding effects can be more effectively exerted.

Further, if a thin metal plate is stretched on both the front and back surfaces, even a surface material that exhibits brittle properties at high temperatures is reinforced by the metal plate, and thus it is difficult to fall off.

As a result, it is not necessary to use a material having a high fire resistance and do not need to laminate the material, thereby suppressing an increase in material cost. . In addition, by eliminating the need for construction work such as stacking, shortening of the construction period at the site and increase in labor costs are suppressed, the increase in weight due to thickening is reduced, and the burden on site workers is reduced.
