【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 上板と該上板から所定間隔をおいて下側
に設けられた底板と、これら上板と底板との間隔部の外
周部に設けられた側壁とを備え、前記上板には外部に連
通する通気孔が、また前記底板には該底板を上下に貫通
する通孔が、さらに前記側壁には人孔内部と該側壁の内
部とを連通する空気穴がそれぞれ設けられ、前記底板上
には、比重が水よりも小さく、常時は前記底板上に載置
された状態で該底板の通孔を閉塞し、人孔内の水量が増
加したときは底板の通孔から流入する流体により浮上し
て前記側壁の空気穴と上板の通気孔との間の空気流通路
を閉塞するフロートが設けられていることを特徴とする
人孔蓋。

ている請求項1又は2に記載の人孔蓋。
