Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-like bathing assisting apparatus allowing a physically handicapped person or a person requiring assistance for bathing to bath safely and smoothly, reducing the physical load of a care assistant, and allowing the person to bath smoothly in a bath unmodified for the physically handicapped person or in the unit bath of a hotel. SOLUTION: A hot water discharge faucet 2 and an intake faucet 3 are fitted to a bag 1, and hot water is filled into the bag 1 by a pump 4. (Hot water may be filled directly into the bag 1 through a hose 5 when the temperature can be set on the city water). The bag 1 is put in a bathtub 6 for the same function as the bathtub.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention aims to safely and smoothly enter and exit a bathtub when a physically handicapped person or an elderly person takes a bath, thereby reducing the physical burden on a bathing assistant. The conventional bath assistance equipment requires a large bathroom because it is performed by a machine such as a lift.
In addition, it is difficult to take a bath in a case where a remodeling of a hotel unit bath or the like is impossible due to a step between a bottom and a bottom of a bathtub. The inventor is also a severely disabled person (both lower limbs completely paralyzed), but in the unit bath of the hotel, he cannot take a stable sitting position when entering or leaving the bathtub, falls to the bottom of the bathtub, and uses a towel until the present invention is made. I could only wipe my body. Also, if the bathroom is not remodeled for the physically handicapped, it is necessary to sit on a chair and flush it with a shower, etc. Since the patient was held from a low position when pulling out, the physical burden on the caregiver was large. A survey of the current catalog of nursing care products revealed that there is no product that can safely and soak in hot water and bathe in a unit bath such as a hotel or a bathtub that has not been modified for the physically handicapped. The present invention has been devised to eliminate the drawbacks. Referring to the drawings, a pump 4 for supplying hot water to a bag 1 having a tap 2 for supplying hot water and a plug 3 for supplying hot water is connected by a hose 5. Things. (Hose 5
May be unnecessary depending on the type of the pump 4.) When taking a bath, put the bag 1 in the bathtub and store hot water in the bathtub.
Hot water is poured into the bag 1 by the pump 4 to inflate the bag, and the step between the edge of the bathtub and the bag 1 is eliminated. (For showers, etc. where temperature can be set, the tip may be removed and a hose may be attached directly to the stopper 3 to add hot water.) The steps between the wheelchair and bathtub are eliminated, and the bather can easily and safely take a bag.
Can be moved on. When the helper puts on the bag 1, the position of lowering the bather is high, and the physical burden such as the waist of the helper can be reduced. Further, the bag 1 serves as a cushion, and there is almost no impact on the bather. If the hot water in the bag 1 is put into the bathtub as it is, the hot water can be easily entered. Also, if the speed at which the hot water is discharged is adjusted with the tap 2, it is possible to enter the hot water at a speed suitable for the bather. When the bath is in hot water, the bag 1 is under the bather. When the bather is to wash his / her body, the hot water in the bathtub can be taken into the bag 1 by the pump 4 and inflated, and then washed on the bag 1. Therefore, there is no need to move the washing place from the bathtub. If you wash your body and soak in hot water again, pouch 1 and pour the soap from the bathtub.
If you open the tap 2 with the hot water inside and put it out of the bathtub, you can get into the clean hot water without adding the hot water twice. When bathing is completed, the bath 4 is filled with hot water from the bathtub by the pump 4 and the bather's body is raised. Since the sitting area is full of the bathtub, you can take a stable sitting position and get out of the bathtub smoothly. Also, it is obvious that the caregiver does not need to bend the body significantly and the physical burden is reduced. If the amount of hot water is small, it can be handled by putting all the hot water in the bathtub into the bag 1 and then putting air. Stability is poor when air bags are floated on hot water, but stability is good when hot water and air are in the same bag. Since the mechanism is simple and compact as shown in the figure, it is easy to carry and can be used in a unit bath in a hotel or the like, and there is no need to greatly modify a home bath. On cold days, you can bathe warmly and comfortably even when you first enter. The bath tub 6 in which the bag 1 is attached to the movable bath tub can be easily soaked in hot water everywhere by putting hot water in and out of the bag 1, and the body can be washed.
