In the conventional cotter type joint device, the C type fittings are fastened to each other by a frictional force between the inner surface of the flange of the H type cotter and the step of the slot of the C type fitting. Therefore, when a shearing force greater than the vibration or the fastening force acts on the member or the like fastened by the cotter type joint device,
The cotter becomes loose, and there is a risk that the cotter comes off from the C-type fitting.

Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. Since this is basically the same as the first embodiment, the description of the common parts will be omitted. An elliptical hole 25 for attaching an elliptical spherical nut 24 for locking the tip of the bolt 21 is formed in the bottom surface portion 12a of the C-shaped fitting 11. The hole 2
As shown in FIG. 3 (b), 5 has a sectional shape smaller on the upper surface side of the bottom portion 12a than the outer diameter of the spherical nut 24,
In addition, the hole 26 is formed by a short vertical hole 26 and a bell-shaped hole 27 facing the lower surface.

The lower portion of the C-shaped fitting 11 is inserted into the hole 25 so that the upper surface of the spherical nut 24 on the screw portion 23 side is in contact with the intersection of the hole 26 and the hole 27 in the bottom portion 12a. After the spherical nut 24 is inserted, the hole 25 is filled with urethane resin 28 so that the spherical nut 24 is
Buried inside. The spherical nut 24 is made of the urethane resin 2
8, the ball 21 is fixed to the cotter 16 due to the flexibility of the urethane resin 28. When the bolt 21 is inserted from above, the spherical nut 24
The screw 23 is easily screwed because it slightly follows the tip of the cotter, and the cotter 16 can be easily fixed. The spherical nut 24 is formed in an elliptical shape because the bolt 21 does not rotate together with the spherical nut 24, and the spherical nut 24 may be formed in a square shape. Furthermore, the tip of the bolt 21 drops the outer corner,
It is easy to screw into the spherical nut 24.

Next, the cotter 16 and the bolt 21 will be described with reference to FIG. If the length of the bolt 21 for fixing the cotter 16 is long and the play of the bolt hole 22 in the cotter 16 is small, the C
Screwing with the mold fitting 11 is difficult. Therefore, together with the embedding of the spherical nut 24 which can be moved as described above, the bolt 21 is provided under the flange portion 19 of the cotter 16.
A part of the cotter 16 for restraining the movement of the bolt 21 is cut out so that the movement of the bolt 21 has a certain degree of freedom.
To facilitate fixing. In the flange portion 19 of the left and right cotters 16, a side portion 17 orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the cotter 16 is provided with a step 16b at a position where a predetermined thickness is formed from the upper surface 16a of the cotter 16, Step 1

1 is inserted, the bolt 21 is supported on the entire circumference of the bolt hole 22 above the stepped portion 16b, but below the stepped portion 16b, the side portion 16c of the cotter 16 is connected to the C-shaped joint fitting. Since a space is formed between the slot 11 and the slot 12, the degree of freedom in the movement of the tip of the bolt 21 is increased. Also, the step 16b is connected to the upper surface 16a of the cotter 16.
Another reason why the cotter 16 is provided at a position having a predetermined thickness is to easily remove the cotter 16 when partially replacing the laid concrete precast plate 1.

In the replacement method, first, after removing the bolt 21 by reverse rotation, a lock pin (not shown) is inserted into the bolt hole 22 to pull out the cotter 16 upward. The lock pin has a blade-like member attached to the tip, and when inserted from above, the blade is closed so that it can pass through the bolt hole 22, and after the step 16b, the blade is spread. belongs to. By raising the lock pin, the step 16b of the cotter 16 can be lifted by the blade and the cotter 16 can be removed. The position of the step is determined by the design of the cotter.

Next, the connection between the concrete precast plates 30, 30 will be described with reference to FIG. First, the mounting position of the upper surface 34 of the C-type joint fitting 33 is determined by the horizontal height of the concrete casting surface 30c provided at a position lower by a predetermined height (25 mm) in the direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the concrete precast plate 30. At the same time, a predetermined gap 32 (70 mm) is provided between the outer surfaces 35, 35 of the C-shaped fittings 33, 33, and the lower surfaces 36, 36 of the C-shaped fittings 33, 33 are formed of the concrete precast. The plate 30 is buried in the concrete 2 at a predetermined interval (20 mm) from the lower surface. The concrete casting surfaces 30c, 30c are formed slightly larger than the rear surfaces of the C-shaped fittings 33, 33 in consideration of workability for rotating the bolts 55, 55 and the like. Also, the side portions 30a, 30 of the adjacent concrete precast plates 30, 30,
In the portion where the a faces each other, a predetermined gap 32 (7 mm) is provided, and near the lower surface side of the concrete precast plate 30, a waterproof rubber 49 is provided between the side portions 30a.
In order to dispose, a concave portion in which the side portions 30a and 30a are widened is formed.

When the bolt 55 is inserted into the bolt hole 54, the bolt 55 is supported on the entire circumference of the bolt hole 54 above the step portion 50c of the cotter 50. In the lower part, since the side portion 50d of the cotter 50 forms a space between the side portion 50d and the slot 37 of the C-shaped fitting 33, the degree of freedom in the movement of the tip of the bolt 55 increases, Screwing with the mold fitting 33 is facilitated. Another reason for providing the step portion 50c at a position having a predetermined thickness from the upper surface 50a of the cotter 50 is to easily remove the cotter 50 when partially replacing the laid concrete precast plate 30. .

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the first or second aspect, a step portion is provided on the left and right flange portions of the cotter, and the lower side portion of the step portion is bolted. Since it is formed near the center of the hole, the degree of freedom in the movement of the bolt when the bolt is inserted is increased, and the work of fixing the bolt to the C-type fitting is facilitated. Further, the provision of the step makes it possible to easily remove the cotter.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effect of the first aspect of the present invention, since a rod-shaped anchor integrally formed is provided behind the C-shaped joint fitting, the transmission of stress generated in the joint portion is prevented. It can be done smoothly. In addition, since a bearing portion is provided at the rear end of the anchor, not the adhesion resistance to concrete but the cone shear resistance of concrete can be used, so that the length of the anchor can be shortened and concrete can be reduced.
