粉砕した粉砕物とを別々に表1に示す原料配合割合で配
合してスラリーを調製し、抄造脱水成形後、養生硬化せ
しめて木質セメント板を得た。得られた木質セメント板

変化率も大きく、抄造時の濾水性も不良であり、またプ
レス時に脱水割れのおそれもある。ハンマーミル粉砕物
を60重量%を超える量(70重量%)で使用した比較
例4の場合は、曲げ強度が低下し、吸水寸法変化率も大
きくなり、抄造時の濾水性も悪くなり、またプレス時の

【発明の効果】本発明の木質セメント板廃材は、衝撃型
粉砕機によって粉砕されるから、その過程において該廃
材に含まれている木質繊維物質がフィブリル化して毛羽
立ちを生じた粗粉砕物と活性表面面積の大きな微粉砕物
とが得られ、このような廃材粉砕物を木質セメント板の
原料の一部として添加すると、該粗粉砕物の毛羽立ちの
強力な絡合効果と該微粉砕物の円滑な硬化反応とによっ
て製品強度が向上する。したがって該廃材の添加量を略
60重量%にまで増大することが出来、廃材の有効利用
