置へアクセスする際に携帯端末から送信される通報デー
タに、設置場所の位置に対応する位置データを付加して
中継する手段を有する中継器を付設し、 該中継器はGPS衛星からの電波が届かない位置に存在
する携帯端末から通報データが送信される際に、携帯端
末からの通報データに上記位置データを付加して無線通
信ネットワーク側へ送信することを特徴とする通報シス
テム。
