【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】トナーケース等の軸受凹部内面に固着して
粉末のもれ出しをシールするのに用いる粉末シール片の
幅及び長さに見合った寸法の短冊状で弾力性のある発泡
プラスチック、ゴム、若しくはフエルト等からなるホル
ダーを中心として、その表面にテフロンフエルト片を容
易に剥離しない状態に固着し、裏面に両面接着テープの
片面を固着すると共に該両面接着テープの他方面に剥離
紙を接着した前記3者の積層構成のものを、凹部の形状
に見合ったU形、C形、J形等の形状で、そのテフロン
フエルト片の表面、即ち軸受凹部内面となる面に皺の無
い状態に、予め成形加工して設けたものである粉末シー
ル片において、 該粉末シール片のテフロンフエルト片の表面、即ち軸受
凹部に固着したときその内面となる面の長手方向に凸条
若しくは溝を形成したことを特徴とする、回転軸の粉末
シール片。

て設けたことを特徴とする、回転軸の粉末シール片。

ようにした、粉末シール片の製造方法において、 上記プレス成形用型の雄型をその表面にテフロンフエル
トシートの表面に凸条若しくは溝をプレス成形するため
の凹条若しくは凸条を備えたものとし、該成形用型によ
って成形加工して、原材のテフロンフエルトシート面に
凸条若しくは溝を形成したものを設け、該原材を設定幅
及び形状に切断して、粉末シール片を設けるようにした
粉末シール片の製造方法。
