対の分割金型間の上記一対のスライド金型の対向間隔部
位に管状体または棒状体の補強部材をインサートし、一
対の分割金型間には、インサートした補強部材と各金型
のキャビティとの間にパリソンを配置して一対の分割金
型を閉じ、まず一対のスライド金型をキャビティから進
出させて裏壁を形成するパリソンの一部を表壁に溶着し
たうえそのスライド金型をキャビティから後退させて補
強部材を挟む一対のリブを形成するとともにブロー成形
して、補強部材が少なくとも一端の周囲壁にかかかると
ともに表壁と裏壁とに挟持されてインサートされ、かつ
上記補強部材を挟んで表壁と裏壁間を連結する一対のリ
ブが形成された中空二重壁構造体を成形することを特徴
とする中空二重壁構造体の製造方法。
