Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a decorative board most preferable in out-of-plane rigidity, impact resistance, fitting part strength, construction efficiency, design and economical efficiency as well as in-plane deformation follow-up ability in use for finishing a concrete panel such as an ALC panel. SOLUTION: In this fitting structure of a decorative board, an anchor plate and a fastener are disposed in arbitrary positions of a concrete panel wall surface to support a bed material without a support member stretched over plural bed materials on the upper and lower sides of the concrete panel wall surface or in the middle thereof. The bed material is supported on the anchor plate secured to the concrete panel through the fastener to slide laterally and vertically in the in-plane direction and be rotatable, and in each of the support parts, the bed material is adjusted to be projected or recessed. Thus, in deformation of a skeleton due to an earthquake, the wall surface formed by plural decorative boards can keep a rectangle and follow up the deformation without being influenced by deforming behavior of the concrete panel.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, for example, a lightweight cellular concrete (hereinafter referred to as ALC) panel is attached to a building frame by a method called ALC to prevent deformation of the frame during an earthquake.
The construction method in which the panels are rotated and deformed, causing mutual displacement and following each other is becoming mainstream. On the other hand, as a method of providing a decorative board as a finish of the ALC panel, for example, a plurality of base materials are provided on an outer surface or an inner surface side of the ALC panel, and a thin plate of cement, gypsum, wood or metal is used as a base material. After straddling and fastening with fasteners such as nails, screws, etc.
For light finishing, there are a method of applying various finishes up to a decorative sheet and a cloth upholstery, and a method of fastening a decorative plate which has been subjected to these finishes in advance at a factory.

[0003] However, when the above-mentioned construction method considering the in-plane deformation followability of the ALC panel is adopted, the decorative plate cannot follow the deformation of the building frame, the deformation of the ALC panel, and the deformation of the base material accompanying the deformation. Damaged by nails or screw attachments,
There is a possibility that the joints between the decorative boards may be shifted. For this reason, when the joints between the decorative boards are movable and extendable joints so that the finish of the joints is not damaged or damaged, continuous finishing over a plurality of decorative boards cannot be performed, and there is a design limitation.

[0004] In order to solve such a problem, for example, in the case of interior, a method is provided in which runners are provided on floor and ceiling beams, base materials are assembled on upper and lower runners, decorative panels are provided, and concrete panels and base materials are insulated. is there. However, in this method, the support span of the base material is increased, so that the members of the base material are enlarged to obtain out-of-plane rigidity, the wall thickness is increased, and a steady rest or a rim is used in the middle part. Therefore, it was necessary to connect the base materials to each other to reinforce the rigidity, and hardware and construction costs were required, and the fact that the concrete panels were on the base could not be used.

[0005] Further, as a structure in which the middle of the base material is supported by a concrete panel and deformation in the event of an earthquake is taken into consideration,
As described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-131455, in this structure, since a rotating plate pivotally supported by a wall foundation rotates, a stress is generated in a mounting screw portion to the wall foundation. It is not suitable for a base wall, which tends to be easily displaced, especially a large displacement like an ALC panel, or a base wall having a relatively small strength of a base material, and it is necessary to support the top and bottom of the base material with a runner.

Furthermore, in such an interior construction method using a general runner, even if the upper and lower runners are positioned on the basis of the reference black, fine adjustment of the middle portion is performed in accordance with the entrance and exit of the frame of the opening. There were construction problems, such as the necessity of welding and the necessity of welding and anchoring work for attaching the runner. Also, for the deformation of the frame during an earthquake,
The base material slides using the runner as a ruler. However, if the runner restrains the top and bottom of the base material, the entire decorative wall surface cannot be rotationally deformed, and the deformation follow-up performance is not sufficient.

The ALC panel 2 is attached to beams, columns, and studs of the building frame 1 by, for example, dedicated bolts. The deformation of the frame during an earthquake causes the ALC panel 2 to be rotationally deformed and joints to be shifted from each other. It has a structure that follows and follows. The base material 4 to which the decorative board 3 is attached is directly attached to the ALC panel 2 via the fastener 5 and the anchor plate 6.

The anchor plate 6 which is integrally fixed to the rotational deformation of the ALC panel 2 depends on the fixing position, for example, as shown in FIGS. , While rotating downward and rotating upward if left, each anchor plate 6 is AL
A structure in which the base material 4 is supported by the anchor plate 6 via the fasteners 5 so as to be rotatable left and right, up and down, and even if it is fixed to any position different in the width direction and the length direction of the C panel 2. Therefore, the wall composed of the plurality of base materials and the plurality of decorative boards 3 can be slid in the horizontal direction in the plane while maintaining the rectangle before the deformation, without being affected by the deformation behavior of the ALC panel 2.

Therefore, the pitch of the base member 4 with respect to the decorative plate 3 and the pitch of the fastener 5 and the anchor plate 6 with respect to the base member 4 are appropriately determined according to the material strength and the like.
There is no need to specify the mounting position of the anchor plate 6 with respect to the panel 2, and there is no problem even if, for example, the width of the ALC panel 2 and the pitch of the base material 4 are different. Of course, the anchor plate 6 is not formed as a single member as in the present structure, but a plurality of ALCs are used.
In the case of a through member attached across the panel 2,
There is a problem that the attachment position is limited or the through member is deformed in response to the deformation behavior of the ALC panel 2.

The necessary left, right, up and down, and rotational movements are performed between the fastener 5 and the support member of the base material 4 based on the anchor plate 6 integrally fixed to the ALC panel 2. The joint between the ALC panel 2 and the ALC panel 2 has a structure in which stress and vibration hardly occur. For example, even if the anchor plate 6 is attached to the ALC panel 2 by an anchor member 8 such as a nail or a screw, the strength of the attaching portion is not reliable. I can keep sex.

Further, the present structure uses a single anchor plate 6 and a fastener without using a support member, such as a runner, a steady rest, or a rim, which straddles a plurality of base materials above, below, or in the middle of the ALC panel 2. 5 are arranged at predetermined intervals to support the base material 4, and the base material 4 is adjusted in and out of each support portion. Therefore, even when there is a deviation in the length direction of the ALC panel 2 or an intrusion error or unevenness between the adjacent ALC panels, the ingress and egress of the base material 4 can be adjusted in the support portion by the anchor plate 6 and the fastener 5. An out-of-plane force applied to the decorative board 3 can be directly transmitted to the ALC panel 2. Therefore, the out-of-plane rigidity of the wall surface is improved, and the thickness of the wall member can be reduced by reducing the size of the base member, and the rigidity reinforcing member can be omitted. In addition, even when an impact is applied to the weak point in the middle of the base material 4 due to the reduced wall thickness, the impact force is directly transmitted to the ALC panel 2 to improve the impact resistance.

Further, in this structure, no through members such as runner materials are used above and below the base material 4. The structure that adjusts the access at each support part makes it easier to fine-tune, for example, with the frame of the opening than using a runner, and eliminates welding work and anchor work for attaching the runner to the frame. Because you can. In the atrium, etc., the weight of the decorative panel 3 is not the floor slab, etc.
When supporting the ALC panel 2, the lower end of the base material 4 may be supported using an L-shaped anchor plate.

Also, it is not preferable to restrain at least the upper part of the base material 4 using a runner or the like from the viewpoint of in-plane deformation follow-up during an earthquake. As shown in FIG. 2, the wall composed of the plurality of base materials 4 and the decorative board 3 slides while keeping the rectangle in response to the deformation of the skeleton, but the sliding amount is such that the wall and the skeleton, other members, etc. It is considered to be within the range of the clearance provided in the joint, and in the case of a large deformation exceeding this range, the wall surface bears the shearing force and some damage occurs. On the other hand, if the structure is such that at least the upper part of the base material is not restrained and the base material can move upward, the entire wall surface can be rotated and deformed as shown in FIG.

Fasteners 5 and anchor plates 6 are attached to the base material 4 at predetermined intervals, for example, at a pitch of 600 mm, and are fixed to the ALC panel 2 using the anchor members 8. The anchor plate 6 is provided with a female screw for screwing the access adjustment bolt 7, and the access adjustment bolt 7 is provided with a hole for inserting the anchor member 8. It is assumed that the width of the slit 6a is larger than the fitting piece 5a of the fastener 5, and a design slide width is added in consideration of the in-plane deformation follow-up performance of the decorative plate 3 during an earthquake. When the anchor member 8 is a fastener such as a nail, a screw, or an anchor and is finely adjusted so as not to interfere with the joints of the ALC panel or the internal rebar, an adjustment allowance may be added.

In the above embodiment, the fastener 5 is used as the base material 4
Is rotatable and vertically movable in the longitudinal direction of the base material 4, and is slidable in the cross-sectional direction of the base material with the slit 6a of the anchor plate 6 as a track. Therefore, even if the anchor plate 6 is integrally fixed to the ALC panel 2,
Even if it is fixed at any position of the ALC panel 2 or the anchor plate 6 is fixed at a slight angle due to a construction error, the base material 4 is movable in any direction in the plane.
Irrespective of the deformation behavior of the LC panel 2, the wall composed of the plurality of decorative panels 3 can maintain a rectangular shape without bearing stress. Further, since the anchor plate 6 is integrated with the ALC panel 2, excessive stress or movement does not occur in the anchor member 8, so that the strength of the mounting portion is stabilized.

The access of the base material 4 is adjusted by the anchor plate 6 and A
Although a housekeeping such as packing may be used between the LC panels 2, it is preferable to use a screw member as in this embodiment because the work is easier. Further, a mechanism for adjusting the entrance and exit between any of the base material 4, the fastener 5, the anchor plate 6, and the ALC panel 2 may be used. It is preferable that a heat insulating material or the like can be provided therebetween.

The cross-sectional shape of the base material 4 may be a hat shape, but it is preferred that the cross-sectional shape be C-shaped as in this embodiment because the occupied area including the supporting member is reduced. The fastener 5 may be fitted to the inner surface of the base material 4 as in this embodiment, or may be fitted to the back surface of a rib or the like. Further, the fastener does not have to be integrated as in the present embodiment, and for example, the rotation and sliding functions may be divided into separate members.

Although the materials of the base material 4, the fastener 5 and the anchor plate 6 of the present structure are not limited, they are generally formed from a thin steel plate. In the case of steel, it is desirable that the thickness of the base material is 0.4 mm or more and 1.2 mm or less, the thickness of the formed body is about 10 mm to 15 mm, and the width thereof is about 45 mm. The thickness of the fastener 5 and the anchor plate 6 is 0.
A thickness of 8 mm or more and 1.2 mm or less is desirable. Of course, a thicker one may be used, but it is heavy and easily falls, and it is uneconomical. The thickness of the molded body of the anchor plate 6 is about 2 mm to 5 mm, and the puff thickness of the base obtained by adding the thickness of the base material 4 (gap between the ALC and the decorative board)
Can be about 12 mm to about 20 mm.

As described above, the present invention provides, for example, ALC
Like a panel, the panel size is relatively small, and at the time of an earthquake, for example, each panel is provided with a plurality of base materials inside and outside a book wall that follows deformation by rotational deformation or the like, and a plurality of base materials are provided across the base material. This is a basic mounting structure in which various performances such as non-damage during an earthquake are improved when a decorative panel is attached to make the interior and exterior, and has the following effects.

The base material is directly attached to the concrete panel, and the structure is such that it can be slid and rotated up and down, left and right in the in-plane direction, so that the structure is not affected by the deformation behavior of the concrete panel at the time of deformation of the frame during an earthquake. The wall made of the decorative board can follow the rectangle while keeping it rectangular. Further, since the anchor plate serving as the base of the structure is formed as a single member and integrally fixed to the concrete panel, the anchor plate can be attached to an arbitrary position of the concrete panel, and the reliability of the attachment portion strength is improved. .

Since the structure is such that the ingress and egress of each of the support portions of the base material can be adjusted, the irregularity of the concrete panel and the ingress and egress errors are absorbed, and the out-of-plane rigidity is improved. As a result, the wall thickness can be reduced, and the impact strength can be improved. Furthermore, the structure using the upper and lower runners makes it easier to make fine adjustments to the entry and exit, especially around the opening, and eliminates the need for an intermediate rigidity reinforcing material due to the improvement in out-of-plane rigidity.

Further, by not providing a member for restraining the upward movement of the base material such as a runner material, the entire wall surface of the decorative plate can be not only horizontally deformed but also rotationally deformed when the skeleton is deformed during an earthquake. , And can follow larger deformation.
