Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure resistant plug with check valve for injecting a repairing agent, which is easy to mount and demount. SOLUTION: This is a plug for injecting a repairing agent, which is inserted in a hole of an object formed and fixed thereat, and then injects the repairing agent having a post-fluidization characteristic through an injector. The plug comprises a cylindrical body having a protrusion for tightly fixing a plug body into the hole, an inner through hole for the injection of repairing agent, an opening hole for making the agent flow out to the inside of the hole through the through hole, and a male structure for threadably fitting the plug body to the jig of the injector, and a tube having elasticity provided on the outer circumference of the cylindrical body under the state to close the opening hole.

2. Description of the Related Art Many structures made of cement-based materials such as concrete are subject to aging of concrete, neutralization due to the external environment, salt damage, alkali-aggregate reaction, poor construction, drying shrinkage, vehicle vibration, earthquake, and the like. Phenomena such as generation of cracks and peeling of the surface occur. Normally, such repair of cracks and peeling is generally performed by applying or injecting a repair agent based on an epoxy resin or ultrafine polymer cement to a repair target portion such as a hole, a crack or a gap.
Above all, the injection of repair agent is an extremely effective means of repairing the repair target area, and the high-pressure injection method, in which the injection of the repair agent is performed at high pressure, is known as a method that sufficiently spreads the repair agent even to cracks in the deep part. I have. In the high-pressure injection method, generally, near the surface crack, many holes are drilled to reach the crack inside the building, and a pressure-resistant plug for injection with a check valve is attached to the hole, and the injector is connected through this. This is a method of injecting a repair agent. A conventional high-pressure injection method of a repair agent using a pressure-resistant plug for injection with a check valve will be described below with reference to FIG.

(C). That is, a hole 36 having a diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the high-pressure fluid injection plug 20 is formed in the wall 34 of the building. The hole 36 needs to be continuous with a crack 34 a generated in the wall 34. An injection pressure-resistant plug with a check valve is inserted into the hole 36 so that the hexagon nut portion 22b is exposed outside the wall 34. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The plug for injecting a repair agent according to the present invention comprises a cylinder and an elastic tube. The cylinder has a projection 1 for tightly fixing the plug in a hole formed in the object to be repaired, an inner through hole 2 for injecting a repair agent, an opening 3 for flowing it into the hole, and a plug for injection. It has a male structure 4 for engaging a jig of the vessel. One example of a cylinder constituting the plug for injecting a repair agent of the present invention is shown in FIG. 1 in an orthographic view. The shape of the projection 1 is such that the plug can be easily inserted when the plug is inserted into the drilled hole, and the plug can be firmly fixed so that the plug does not pop out when the repair agent is injected and internal pressure is applied. There is no particular limitation. For example, a shape having a part of a tapered structure or a conical structure in which the diameter decreases in the plug insertion direction may be mentioned, and specifically, the shapes shown in FIGS. The length of the projection 1 in the plug axis direction is arbitrary, but is usually 5 to 30 mm, preferably 10 to 20 mm.

FIG. 5 shows a state in which the plug for injecting a repair agent of the present invention in which the elastic tube 5 is attached to the cylinder of FIG. 1 is used. In use, first, a hole having a diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the plug in which the protrusion 1 and the elastic tube 5 are combined is formed in the object to be repaired, and the repair agent injection plug of the present invention is inserted into the hole entrance. I do. The plug for injection of a repair agent according to the invention is tightly fixed in the hole at the projection 1 in order to press the elastic tube against the hole. At this time, there is no need to turn the screw, and it is sufficient to simply push in. The repair agent is bored from the injector engaged with the male structure 4 through the inner through hole 2 and out of the opening 3 through the gap between the elastic tube 5 and the cylindrical body having the opening 3. Is injected into the hole. The pressure inside the hole is increased by the injection of the repair agent, but since the elastic pipe 5 and the cylindrical body having the opening 3 are in close contact with each other, they have the function of a check valve. Makes it difficult for the repair agent to flow backward. The protrusion 1 makes it difficult for the repair agent to leak out of the hole because the plug for injecting the repair agent of the present invention is tightly fixed to the hole formed by pushing and expanding the rubber. After finishing the injection, make sure that it has been repaired,
The injector can be removed and the male structure 4 can be used to pull out with a nail or the like, and the plug can be used again for injection. The material of the plug is not particularly limited as long as it can be processed into a predetermined shape and does not deform under the pressure applied during injection. Examples thereof include metals such as SUS and brass, and various hard plastics.

The length of the elastic tube 5 must be longer than the total length of the cylindrical portion having the projection 1 and the opening 3. The inner diameter of the elastic tube 5 is the opening 3
The diameter is preferably equal to or slightly smaller than the diameter of the cylindrical portion having If the inner diameter of the elastic tube is larger than the diameter of the cylindrical portion having the opening 3, the adhesion between the elastic tube and the opening may be poor, and the tube may not function as a check valve. Conversely, if the inner diameter of the elastic tube 5 is too small than the diameter of the cylindrical portion having the opening 3, the elastic tube 5 and the opening 3 may be too close to each other, making it difficult to inject the repair agent. There is. The thickness of the elastic tube 5 is arbitrary, but if it is too thin, it may be damaged when inserted, and if it is too thick, the fixing force by the projection 1 may be weak, so that it is usually 1 to 5 mm, preferably 2 to 2 mm. 3 mm. If the material of the tube having elasticity is too hard, it becomes difficult to insert the material. If the material is too soft, the fixing force at the time of insertion becomes weak. Therefore, a material having an appropriate hardness is preferable. Specific examples include vinyl chloride, synthetic rubber, natural rubber, and silicone rubber. Further, a blade rubber tube reinforced with a nylon thread or the like may be used.

The repair agent injected using the plug of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is a fluid repair agent that can pass through the inner through-hole 2. Specific examples of the repairing agent that can be used include organic-inorganic composite waterproofing agent, epoxy resin injecting agent, silicone-based sealing agent, urethane-based sealing agent, sealing agent such as polysulfide-based sealing agent, polymer cement slurry, ultrafine slag cement. And the like, and a repair agent for the purpose of stopping water such as an organic-inorganic composite water stopping agent containing a superabsorbent polymer or the like is preferable.

When it is intended to repair a crack in an inorganic material structure or the like using the repair plug of the present invention, first, the place where the crack has occurred is visually observed and the injection position is set. In the case where the thickness of the structural body is about 800 mm and the injection positions are set at intervals of 300 to 350 mm in a staggered manner with a crack interposed therebetween, the injection position is drilled and the plug of the present invention is inserted. At this time, since the plug does not need to be turned, the plug can be quickly mounted even if there are many injection points. Next, a repair agent is injected using a high-pressure injector or the like. After confirming that the repair agent has entered the cracks, cure the plug with the plug on. The curing time varies depending on the type of the repair agent and the injection amount, but in the case of the waterproofing agent, which is a preferred repair agent in the present invention, curing is required for 2 to 3 hours after the injection. After curing for a predetermined time, check the repair effect and remove the plug if necessary. Thereafter, the injection hole can be filled to repair the crack.
