Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong, firm and compact solid type laminated paperboard loading stand which is easily assembled and disassembled, light and sturdy, is recyclable and friendly to the environment, safe and economical. SOLUTION: This loading stand comprises a solid type laminated paperboard top panel 2 and a plurality of a solid type laminated paperboard girders 3 joined to the bottom face of the top panel 2 at necessary intervals. The top panel 2 is provided with a plurality of grooves at necessary intervals on its top face and through holes are formed at both ends of the grooves. The girders 3 are connected with a plurality of supports 8 between a lower panel 7 and an upper panel 6 formed in the same length as the top panel 2 at necessary intervals in the longitudinal direction, and on the panel 6, through holes corresponding to the holes of the panel 2 groove ends are provided. At the bottom face of the lower panel 7, a groove in its longitudinal direction and through holes at both ends of the groove are provided. A binding band 14 is wound around the grooves of the top panel 2 and the groove of the lower panel 7 of the girders 3 for binding, and thus the top panel 2 and the girders 3 are integrated by tightly winding the binding belt 14.

2. Description of the Related Art A loading table is widely used for efficiently transporting luggage in storage and collection of goods and the like in factories and distribution industries. The loading table has skids and pallets. The skid is a luggage stand with feet for loading luggage, inserting a stacker or forklift fork into the lower surface, lifting it up, transporting it to the required place, and efficiently processing the luggage. The fork of the forklift can be inserted from four directions of the skid. It is a possible four-way insert. On the other hand, a pallet is for a forklift, and is used for the same purpose as a skid by carrying a load and inserting a fork, but the fork of the forklift is a two-way insertion of the pallet from two directions. Both of these skids and pallets are mainly made of wood or metal, and flat pallets have a size of 1100 × 1100 mm defined as JISZ060 and are referred to as T11 type.

The loading table of either skid or pallet is made of resin, but resin is heavy, expensive and difficult to distribute, and is used in some fields using water. In general, as described above, the mainstream is made of wood or metal. However, in the case of wooden materials, most of the wooden materials are external materials or scraps of lumber, and thus are significantly damaged due to knots, bends, twists, etc., and are thrown away after being used two or three times. Therefore, it is not preferable in terms of resources or cost, and recycling is not effective. Metal is advantageous in terms of strength, but is not preferred in terms of cost. Both wooden and metal are heavy and inconvenient to handle. There are also cardboard pallets imported from the United States, which lack robustness, endurance, and weather resistance, and are incompatible with the humid Japanese climate.

A hole 12 is formed in the upper plate 6 and the lower plate 7 for fitting the column 8 and bonding the column 8 with an adhesive so as to be interposed between the upper plate 6 and the lower plate 7. ing. This hole 12 is formed by the following method. That is, the upper plate 6 is made of two plate materials in which the upper plate 6a and the lower plate 6b are bonded and integrated, and the lower plate 7 is bonded to the upper plate 6a and the lower plate 6b similarly to the upper plate 6. This is based on two integrated plate members. Therefore,
The upper plate 6 is formed by punching a hole 12 in the lower plate 6b, and bonding the upper plate 6a to the upper surface of the lower plate 6b to form a hole having a depth equivalent to the thickness of the lower plate 6b having the upper plate 6a as the bottom surface. 12 are formed.

By combining the parts of the top plate 2 and the spar 3 obtained in this way, the loading table 1 which is the skid in FIGS. 1 and 2 is obtained. That is, the spar 3 is arranged on the lower surface of the top plate 2 at the position of the groove 4, and the binding band 14 of, for example, a metal or resin material is applied over the groove 4 of the top plate 2 and the groove 10 of the lower plate 7 of the spar 3. The both ends of the hand strap 14 are joined 15 and the top plate 2 and the spar 3 are fastened and bound by the strap 14 to be integrated. The ends 15 of the binding band 14 can be firmly connected to each other by a corrugating device in the case of a metal binding band or by a heat sealer in the case of a resin binding band. The binding band 14 is formed by the groove 4 of the top plate 2 and the groove 10 of the lower plate 7.
Because it is buried inside, the products placed on the top plate 2 will not be damaged by the binding band 14, and the girder 3 will be stable without the binding band 14 being in the way when it touches the ground. Can be kept. Therefore, the loading table 1 of the present invention can be safely transported without damage to the luggage due to cracks and protrusions of the nails from the knot holes, as in a conventional wooden skid or pallet. Resin-made and metal-made are one-piece and assembled and fixed, requiring a large collection cost and unsuitable for reciprocating use.

The skid or pallet loading tables 1 and 20 according to the present invention are made of solid-type laminated paperboard, because the top plate 2, the bottom plate 21 and the spar 3 are all made of solid-type laminated paperboard. It can be lightened by adjustment, easy to carry by workers, etc. It is hard to be broken by solid structure made of solid type laminated paperboard material with elasticity and toughness, and it can be used more than 10 times reciprocally Is possible, and the cost for one use is greatly reduced and the cost is reduced. In addition, it is possible to provide an ecological loading table that is easy to collect and can be recycled, and eventually becomes a raw material for papermaking and is environmentally friendly.

The top plate 2 or the bottom plate 21 and the spar 3 can be manufactured by using a cutting tool such as a slitter, a punch, or a V-cut. The handling on the safety side is remarkable, and all of productivity, mass production and economical efficiency are provided, and stable supply is possible. It can also be entirely or partially (eg, digit 3
Alternatively, if the bottom plate 21) is subjected to a water-resistant reinforcing treatment, it can be used not only in a water place but also in a highly humid environment such as the rainy season, thereby ensuring sufficient durability.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is lightweight, has robustness, endurance, and weather resistance, is hardly broken by a strong structural tailoring, and can be used ten or more times reciprocally. It is possible to provide an ecological loading table which is greatly reduced in use cost, is inexpensive, is easy to collect and can be recycled, and finally becomes a raw material for papermaking and is environmentally friendly. In addition, since the disassembly and disassembly are easy, the top plate or the bottom plate, the girder and the binding band can be made into parts and made into a kit, so that a large number of loading table kits are transported in a limited space when transported by truck or the like. And the return cost of round-trip use (returnable) is reduced,
When not used as a loading table, a large number of loading tables can be stored in a small space by disassembling and storing it in a warehouse or the like. Furthermore, there is an advantage that the handling in terms of safety is remarkable, and all of productivity, mass productivity, and economy can be provided, and a skid-type or pallet-type loading table enabling stable supply can be provided.
