用したものである。従来ある直読式流量計はフロート式
で、流体の流れとフロート重量を利用したもので、垂直
に取りつけなければならず流体の流れも下から上にと制
約があった。又、構造的にも透明な材料で作らなければ
ならず、色の濃い流体では目盛が見にくく確認しずらか
った。本発明の流量計は、図1の流量検出弁(3)が流
体により開く方向に移動すると流量検出弁内に密封内蔵
された磁石、図2の(7)と図1の指針回転子(2)の
内部に密封内蔵された磁石、図2の(6)の吸引力で指
針回転子が回転し、図1の(1)で流量を指示する又、
流量検出弁が閉じる方向にはたらく力はバネを使用する
のが一般的だが流体との接触と耐久性を考え図2の
(5)の磁石の反発力を応用し、図1の(5)に示すよ
うに本体前面に密封内蔵して流体との接触がないように
考えた。又、流量検出弁の回転軸(4)と指針回転子の
回転軸図3の(9)を同一軌道ないに置かず、図4の
(10)と(11)の位置関係に置くと流量検出弁
(1)の変移角に対し、指針回転子(2)の変移角は2
倍になり指針読み取り精度も良くなり指針の長さも短か
くでき形状の小型化もできた。尚、指針回転子はウエイ
