DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The engagement of the non-slip body with the center wall of the rod-shaped main body means that the non-slip body is inserted through insertion holes formed in front and rear of the center wall and fixed with an adhesive. The non-slip body is screwed into a screw screwed from the bottom surface of the anchoring body, and a depressed groove formed at the center in the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped main body. From the one that supports the swinging shaft in a protruding shape along the width direction to the rod-shaped body in a cantilevered state, the one that supports the swinging shaft in a state where both ends are supported, and the lateral direction of an attachment body ( In the widthwise direction, bearings standing at both ends include those that support the swinging shaft in a state where both ends are supported.Furthermore, when a non-slip chip is planted on the top surface of a non-slip body with a vertical sectional fan shape, It is selected from those in which the round bar-shaped chip is planted in parallel in the transverse direction, and those in which the chip is planted vertically perpendicular to the transverse direction.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described by way of an embodiment. As shown in FIG.
The rod-shaped body 1 having a required height (total height of 7 and 5 mm) and a required length (total length of 30 mm) is inserted into the groove 15 between the blocks in the above-mentioned. (A height of 5, 5 mm and a length of 30 mm), and a metal attachment 3 bonded to the lower surface of the rod-shaped main body 2 with an adhesive and a screw. A central wall 4 is erected at the center, a space 5 is formed before and after the central wall 4, a front end wall 6 is disposed at a front end, and a rear end wall 7 is disposed at a rear end. In a horizontally long rectangular insertion hole 8 penetrating the lower end of the central wall 4, a horizontally elongated rectangular anti-slip body 9 having a U-shaped vertical section and a horizontal cross section that can be fitted into the insertion hole 8 is inserted. The bottom horizontal surface of the non-slip body 9 is fixed to the insertion hole 8 with an adhesive and a screw, and the front and rear claws 10 are positioned with their upper ends near the open ends of the spaces 5. It is housed in each space portion 5 with a size that can be taken, and the anchoring body 3 is formed by arranging a number of protrusions 11 on both side surfaces thereof. , And has a splaying inclined surface 12.

As shown in FIG. 2, the anti-skid device a of the automobile tire is pushed into the groove 15 between the blocks in the tread pattern 14 of the automobile tire 13 from the inclined surface 12 of the anchor 3 as shown in FIG. The claw 10 of the non-slip body 9 is attached to the upper surface of the rod-shaped main body 2 during normal running, that is, the upper surfaces of the front end wall 6, the center wall 4, and the rear end wall 7 during normal running. Only the elastic material comes into contact with the road surface without protruding further, but at the time of braking, as shown in FIG. 3, each wall 4, 6, 7 of the rod-shaped main body 2 falls down rearward, and the rear portion is compressed. The posture of the non-slip body 9 becomes the forward inclined posture, and the front claw portion 10 comes into contact with the snow surface A, so that the braking effect is enhanced. Therefore, during normal running, there is no sound of the non-slip body 9 hitting the road surface, and the wear of the claw portion 10 is drastically reduced, and the durability thereof is also improved.

Next, the anti-slip device b of the automobile tire shown in FIG. 4A will be described. The rod-shaped body 1 is made of a rigid synthetic resin-made rod-shaped main body 2 (width 7 mm, height 5, 5 mm, length 30 mm). ), And a metal attachment 3 that is screwed on the lower surface of the rod-shaped main body 2 with an adhesive before and after the adhesive.
A recessed groove 16 penetrating vertically from one side is formed at the center in the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped main body 2, and a fitting groove 17 having a required width and a required depth is formed vertically on the other side, and the recessed groove 16 is formed. 4 (c), a shaft insertion hole 18 is provided laterally at a required position on the other side face sandwiched between the fitting grooves 17. As shown in FIG. On the other hand, bearing plates 19 are erected from both sides at positions corresponding to the recessed grooves 16 and the fitting grooves 17 of the rod-shaped main body 2 of the anchoring body 3.
9, a plurality of projections having a shaft hole 20 formed concentrically with the shaft insertion hole 18 and having, on both side surfaces, an inclined surface 12 having a plane triangular shape and a vertical section diverging from a top end surface to a bottom surface. 11
As shown in FIG. 4 (b), a non-slip body 21 having a fan-shaped vertical section is housed in the recessed groove 16 with its top surface 22 flush with the upper surface of the rod-shaped main body 2. The shaft 23 of the non-slip body 21 is rotatably supported on the other hand through the shaft insertion hole 18 in the shaft hole 20 of both bearing plates 19, and the center of the top surface 22 is orthogonal to the axis of the shaft 23. Vertically, the head protrudes from the top surface 22 as required, and a non-slip tip 24 made of a hardened metal is implanted.

As shown in FIG. 5, the anti-slip device b of the automobile tire is pushed into the groove 15 between the blocks in the tread pattern 14 of the automobile tire 13 from the inclined surface 12 of the anchor 3 as shown in FIG. The anti-slip chip 24 implanted on the top surface 22 of the anti-slip body 21 contacts the snow surface A during normal running, and the anti-slip body 21 Rotating around the shaft hole 20 of the dual bearing plate 19 via the non-slip chip 24,
At this time, since the top surface 22 of the non-slip body 21 is a curved surface having a radius of curvature larger than the radius of curvature centered on the shaft hole 20, the end thereof becomes a claw 25 and protrudes from the upper surface of the rod-shaped main body 2. As a result, as shown in FIG. 6, a biting action on the snow surface A is induced to enhance the braking effect. As described above, the slip prevention chip 24 acts to prevent slippage when traveling on snowy surface during normal running, and the claw portion 2 during braking.
5 shares the anti-slipping effect, and wear during normal running does not affect the braking effect, and a high braking effect can be maintained.

The front surface of the lower surface is supported by a convex portion 28 formed at an open end of the lower surface 7. Therefore, when the brake is applied, the non-slip body 21 is rotated by pressing the convex portion 28 on the traveling direction side, and the braking effect on the snow surface is enhanced by the contact resistance of the claw portion 25. The non-slip body 21 is restored to the neutral position by the elastic force of the portion 28. The planer shape of the anti-skid device of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
And a cross shape corresponding to the arrangement of the grooves 15 of each block of the tread pattern 14 are provided. In this case,
In the G type, one of the shafts 23 of the non-slip body 21 is supported by the shaft hole 20 of the bearing plate 19 erected on the engaging body 3, and the other is formed by the shaft hole 20 formed in the rod-shaped main body 2. In the case of a cross shape, both of the shafts 23 are supported by shaft holes 20 formed in the rod-shaped main body 2. In addition, a non-slip chip 24 made of a hardened metal is implanted on the upper surface of the rod-shaped main body 2, and a chevron-shaped notch is formed on the peripheral surface of the non-slip body 21 having a fan-shaped vertical cross-section in parallel with the axis of the shaft 23. It is done incidentally.

As described above, according to the present invention, the rod-shaped non-slip member bitten in the groove of the tread pattern of the automobile tire is in contact with the road surface during normal running and braking. Are different from each other, so that the wear during normal driving does not affect the braking effect and the high braking effect can be maintained, and the anti-slip during normal driving and the anti-slip during braking are shared. The effect is that the durability of the device can be improved.
