2. Description of the Related Art As a method of constructing a tunnel, a so-called shield method is generally used, in which a concrete wall is constructed by assembling a concrete segment on the inner surface side of an excavation hole. As the segments used in this shield method, those having a plane rectangular shape and an arc plate shape are mainly used, and these segments are joined to each other by bolts. As a structure for joining the segments with the bolts, a joint plate having holes communicating with each other when the joint surfaces of the segments are brought into contact with each other is buried in the vicinity of the joint surface of the segments, and these joint plates are embedded. A structure in which a nut is fastened and joined to the bolt is generally used. Further, there is also a structure in which an insert fitting as a nut member is embedded in each segment, and bolts penetrating adjacent segments are fastened to each other for joining.

However, in such a structure, a bolt is inserted into a hole formed in a joint surface of a joint at a construction site, a nut is fastened to the bolt, or a bolt is inserted into an insert fitting embedded in each segment. Therefore, there is a limit in shortening the assembling time, and it is difficult to adapt to automatic assembling by a robot. Furthermore, even if the secondary lining is omitted, it is necessary to close the bolt box formed in the segment in order to install the bolt and nut, and a new joint is aimed at speeding up the construction and saving labor. At present, the development of the structure was urgently needed.

[0004] Here, as a joining structure that allows the segments to be joined very easily, a C-shaped joining bracket is embedded at a position opposing the joining surface of the segments.
By fitting an I-shaped connecting fitting whose both ends are engaged with the pair of these C-shaped connecting fittings, the C-shaped connecting fittings are connected to each other.
A structure has been developed in which the segments are connected by a mold connecting bracket, and the segments are joined by joining the joining surfaces.
Then, in such a segment connection structure, a taper surface is formed in the joint and the joint, and the joint is pulled into the pair of joints by pulling the joint into the pair of joints. It is possible to further increase the joining force between the segments.

However, in the conventional segment connecting structure, even if the connecting metal fittings are pushed into the pair of connecting metal fittings and the pair of connecting metal fittings are attracted to each other, the joining strength between the segments is increased. In addition, there is a possibility that the connecting fitting is displaced in the detaching direction with respect to the joining fitting due to vibration or the like during the subsequent work, and the joining force between the segments is weakened. For this reason, it is necessary to fill the gap between the joining fitting and the connecting fitting with a filler such as mortar and fix them, but this work is complicated, and it takes time to solidify the filler. There was a problem. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to easily and quickly maintain a state in which the joining force between the segments is increased by preventing the connecting fitting inserted into the joining fitting from being displaced from the joining fitting in the detaching direction. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a connection structure of the segments that is possible in the above.

As a result, the pair of the joining metal fittings 7a on the wellhead side and the pair of the joining metal fittings 7b on the cutting face side of both segments 1 are aligned with each other, and the support nut member 36 It is housed in both holding grooves 6 and is in a substantially fixed state, and furthermore, the connecting face 8b on the face side is partially inserted into the pair of joining fittings 7b on the face side, and the connecting piece 8a on the wellhead side is It will be in the state where it was partially inserted into the pair of joining fittings 7a. Segment 1
The reason why the segment 1 (1B) is moved while being slightly separated from the joining surface 2 of (1A) is that the support nut member 36 interferes with the joining metal fitting 7b on the face of the segment 1 (1A).

Then, from this state, as shown in FIG. 14, only the contact nut member 44 of the bolt member 37 is moved to the cutting face side, and this is separated from the connecting fitting 8b on the cutting face side. Next, as shown in FIG. 15, the bolt member 37 is rotated by inputting to the head 42 on the face of the cutting face of the bolt member 37, and the bolt member 37 takes a reaction force with the support nut member 36 while taking a reaction force. It is moved to the wellhead side, and the connection metal fitting 8 on the wellhead side opposite to the head 42 of the bolt member 37.

Next, the bolt member main body 43 is left as it is,
As shown in FIG. 16, only the contact nut member 44 is rotated, and the contact nut member 44 is moved to the wellhead side while receiving a reaction force from the joint fitting 7 b via the support nut member 36, and the contact nut member 44 is rotated. At 44, the connecting fitting 8b on the cutting face side is pushed into the wellhead side. Then, the connecting face 8b on the face side as a whole is simultaneously inserted into the pair of the connecting face 7b on the face side, and the engaging portion 13 is inserted into the engaging space 8 of the connecting piece 7b on the face side. By fitting, the pair of the joining metal fittings 7b on the face side is connected. That is, the engaging surface 32 of the engaging portion 13 of the connecting metal member 8b on the face side abuts on the locking surface 15 of the engaging piece portion 10 of the joining metal member 7b on the face side. By sliding, the joining metal fittings 7b on the face side are drawn together and joined. As described above, segment 1

According to the above embodiment, the bolt member 37
Is composed of a bolt member main body 43 and a contact nut member 44, and the support nut member 36 supported by the segment 1.
By adjusting the position of the bolt member main body 43 screwed into the hole, the bolt member main body 43 comes into contact with the wellhead-side connection fitting 8a to push the connection fitting 8a into the pair of wellhead-side joining fittings 7a and move the same. At the same time, by adjusting the position of the contact nut member 44 screwed to the bolt member main body 43, the contact nut member 44 abuts on the connecting metal member 8b on the cutting blade side to cut the connecting metal member 8b. It pushes into the pair of wing-side joining fittings 7b and regulates its movement. Therefore, the two connecting fittings 8a, 8a, which are respectively inserted into the pair of joining fittings 7a and the pair of joining fittings 7b
8b can be prevented from moving in the removal direction, and the state in which the joining force between the segments 1 is increased can be maintained easily and in a short time.

As described above, according to the segment connecting structure of the first aspect of the present invention, the position in the segment can be adjusted by being screwed to the support nut member supported by the segment. The set bolt member abuts on the connecting fitting inserted into the pair of joining fittings formed by abutting the joining surfaces of the segments to restrict the movement thereof. Therefore, it is possible to easily and quickly maintain the state in which the joining force between the segments is increased by preventing the connecting fitting inserted into the joining fitting from being displaced from the joining fitting in the detaching direction.

According to the segment connecting structure of the second aspect of the present invention, the position of the bolt member main body with respect to the support nut member is adjusted, and the bolt member main body is brought into contact with one of the connecting metal members, so that the connecting metal member is connected. In addition to restricting the movement, the position of the contact nut member screwed to the bolt member main body is adjusted, and the contact nut member is brought into contact with the other connecting metal member, thereby restricting the movement of the connecting metal member. Therefore, it is possible to easily and quickly maintain the state in which the joining force between the segments is increased by preventing the connecting fittings inserted into the joining fitting from being displaced from the joining fitting in the detaching direction.
