に被着し、締付体14をトルク測定センサ付スパナで回
転させて、連接部16で破断させ、その破断に要するト
ルク(締付トルク)を試作品10個について測定した。
その結果は表1に示す通りである。

積が最大で、カバー体に向けてその横断面積が漸次減少
してカバー体の頭頂面に接する部分の横断面積が最小と
なる尻すぼまりの外形状を有し、規定締付トルクで破断
される連接部で一体に連接してなるから、締付トルクの
ばらつきが小さくなり、ボルト、ナットを規定締付トル
クで締付けることが可能となり、信頼性の高いトルク管
理を行うことができる。
