Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotatable implement which is used for crossing support bars, can simply assemble the support bars without using a wire or a string only by inserting the supports into cylinders, and can also simply disassemble the support bars. SOLUTION: A fixing portion (6) is attached to a fixing groove (3) to fix a rotary portion (5) to a cylinder (1). An anti-slipping member (4) for the support bar is disposed.
