Since the baffle plates 22, 24 and the swing baffle plate 25 are driven using the two electromagnetic solenoids 21, 23, the baffle plates 22, 24, and the swing baffle plate 25 are driven using separate electromagnetic solenoids. The number of electromagnetic solenoids can be reduced as compared with the case in which the electromagnetic solenoid is used. In addition, since the branch passages 7b and 7c are selectively opened and closed using the swing baffle plate 25, the branch passages 7b and 7c are opened and closed using separate baffle plates that respectively appear and disappear, and the separate baffle plates are respectively moved. The number of electromagnetic solenoids can be reduced as compared with the case of driving using separate electromagnetic solenoids.
