Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet laying method for easily and correctly abutting the center of a high-frequency oscillating head of a high-frequency heating device on a central portion of a fixed member via a waterproof sheet, and to provide a connection position determining jig for use in the method. SOLUTION: There is provided a connection position determining jig having a guide hole for determining a connection position. The guide hole is formed in a midpoint of a nonconductive plate having a thickness almost corresponding to a fixed member which is for use in laying work of the waterproof sheet, and has a size larger than the rim of the fixed member and smaller than the rim of a high-frequency oscillating head. The thus formed jig is mounted on the fixed member via the waterproof sheet so that the guide hole corresponds to the fixed member, and thereafter the high-frequency oscillating head is abutted on the guide hole, whereby the fixed member is connected to the waterproof sheet by high-frequency induction heating.

As described above, when using a high-frequency welding apparatus utilizing high-frequency induction heating in the work of laying a waterproof sheet, a fixing member made of, for example, the above-mentioned thermoplastic resin-coated steel sheet is used as a plate-like fixing member for joining the waterproof sheet. Like a steel plate of a member, a plate-like body in which a conductor capable of induction heating by high-frequency irradiation and a thermoplastic resin are laminated and integrated is applied. The plate-like body is often in the shape of a disk or a square plate, but some have a vertical cross section in a trapezoidal shape.

That is, as shown in FIG. 4, a waterproof sheet (7)
When the fixing member (5) to be joined through the intermediary is smaller than the high-frequency oscillation head (10) of the high-frequency heating device, the fixing member (5) is hidden by the waterproof sheet (7). It is difficult to make the center of the oscillation head (10) correspond exactly to the center of the fixing member (5) (solid line), and the center of the high-frequency oscillation head (10) is often positioned from the center of the fixing member (5). The fixing member (5) is inclined with respect to the surface of the fixing member (5) (indicated by a two-dot chain line), and the bonding strength between the fixing member (5) and the waterproof sheet (7) is reduced. ) Is heated excessively, and the nearby waterproof sheet (7) is abnormally deformed (7).
a), and when the heat insulation method is employed, there is a problem that the heat insulation layer (9) in contact with the vicinity of the lower surface of the edge portion (5a) causes melt fracture (9a).

The high-frequency oscillation pattern and strength of the high-frequency oscillation head oscillated from the high-frequency oscillation head toward the fixed member are determined by the shape of the high-frequency oscillation head, the winding pattern of the heating work coil inside the head, and the number of turns. , The high-frequency output, frequency, oscillation time, etc. applied to it. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, as a high-frequency heating device for laying a waterproof sheet using a disc-shaped fixing member, a high-frequency oscillation head (1) having a circular oscillation surface is usually used.
0) is used, and the high frequency oscillated from the oscillation surface is designed to oscillate with a substantially ring-shaped oscillation region (P) having a fixed width, and the oscillation region (P) Is most projected on the inner side than the peripheral edge of the fixing member (5), the most effective high-frequency induction heating is exerted. Therefore, the joining between the waterproof sheet and the fixing member by the high-frequency heating device is performed by the high-frequency oscillation head. It is necessary to exactly correspond the center of the fixing member to the center of the fixing member.

As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, conventionally, for example, the positional relationship between the high-frequency head and the fixing member and the heat between the fixing member and the waterproof sheet are determined by the impedance change of the heating work coil installed in the high-frequency head. In order to detect the fusion state, it has been proposed to use a sensor provided with a circuit for detecting a change in impedance, which is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 05-315064.

However, the impedance change of the heating work coil does not change constantly depending on the amount of the conductor constituting the fixing member, the distance from the work coil, and the like. Therefore, it becomes difficult to detect. Further, when a conductive material such as aluminum foil is attached to the back surface of the waterproof sheet for the purpose of detecting water leakage or the like, there is a problem that the impedance change becomes large, and the sensor reacts excessively and performs erroneous detection.

Further, in the high-frequency heating apparatus having the above-described sensor, the joining operation is performed while following the reaction of the sensor in order to accurately capture the center of the fixing member. Since the sensor part has a precise structure, it must be handled carefully, and if a failure occurs, it takes time and effort to repair it, and the handling is troublesome.

According to the first aspect, the joining positioning jig made of a non-conductive plate provided with the guide hole is aligned with the corresponding position of the fixing member fixedly mounted on the body surface. After being placed on the waterproof sheet, the high-frequency oscillation head is placed on the waterproof sheet in accordance with the guide hole as a guide and irradiated with high frequency, thereby inductively heating the conductor of the fixing member. Thus, since the fixing member and the waterproof sheet are joined by heating and melting, the joining between the two is performed within the outer peripheral edge of the fixing member by a fixed width centered on the center of the plate-shaped fixing member. It is made precisely in the shape of a ring, and strong bonding strength is secured.

In the present invention, the guide hole (2) of the joint positioning jig (1) is used as a guide so that the high-frequency oscillation head can be aligned with the corresponding position of the fixing member (5). However, in order to further ensure this, a head positioning index (3) for positioning the high-frequency oscillation head is drawn on the upper surface of the joining positioning jig (1). The head positioning index (3) includes, for example, an annular index line (3a) similar in shape to the guide hole (2), and is drawn concentrically with the guide hole (2). In this case, the annular index line (3a)
Is preferably drawn larger than the outer periphery of the high-frequency oscillation head within a range not covered by the high-frequency oscillation head. Note that the head positioning index (3) is not limited to a linear shape, and may be any type of drawing such as a dot-string drawing, a band-like drawing, and a color-drawing drawing as long as it indicates the outline of the high-frequency oscillation head. Further, the high-frequency oscillation head may be three-dimensionally drawn so as to fit therein.

In the present invention, as apparent from FIG. 2, the peripheral portion (10) of the high-frequency oscillation head (10) is used.
a) is a jig for positioning and joining around the guide hole (2) (1)
High-frequency oscillation head (1
When (0) contacts the waterproof sheet (7), it is possible to prevent the joining positioning jig (1) from inclining and contacting with the fixing member (5). Therefore, the thickness (t) of the joining positioning jig (1) needs to correspond to the thickness of the fixing member (5), but is not strict, and is preferably +0.5 to-with respect to the thickness. It is desirable to set the thickness in the range of 0.2 mm. If it is less than this range, the effect of preventing the fixing jig (5) from tilting is reduced, and if it exceeds this range, the pressing force is applied without the surface of the high-frequency oscillation head (10) coming into contact with the waterproof sheet (7). No bonding strength can be obtained. Therefore, in practice, it is more desirable to make the same as the fixing member (5).

As described above, according to the waterproof sheet laying method and the joint positioning jig used in the present invention, the position of the fixing member fixedly mounted on the body is determined by the joint positioning jig via the waterproof sheet. After arranging the jig positioning jig from the top of the waterproof sheet so that its guide hole matches the corresponding position of the fixing member, the high frequency oscillation head is aligned with the guide hole. Since it is possible to uniformly contact the fixing member via the waterproof sheet, if this state is maintained and high-frequency irradiation is performed to cause the conductor of the fixing member to generate heat by induction heating, the fixing member and the waterproof sheet are separated. Joining can be performed in a precise relative positional relationship. Therefore, a ring-shaped melt-bonded portion having a fixed width centered on the central portion of the fixing member is reliably formed in the outer peripheral edge of the fixing member, and a strong bonding strength can be secured.

The time required for the joining operation by the high-frequency oscillation head was 3 to 5 seconds per joint. In addition, the bonding state was extremely good, and there was no melting collapse of the heat insulating layer. <Comparative Example> Without using a bonding positioning jig as in the above-described embodiment, when a bonding operation was performed using a normal high-frequency heating device on the same construction target as in the embodiment, the waterproof sheet and the fixing member were The joint was unevenly joined to a part of the peripheral edge, and the joint strength became insufficient. The heat insulation layer has no adverse effects such as melting and collapse,
The time required for the joining operation was almost the same as in the example.

By the way, when a conventional high-frequency heating apparatus with a sensor for detecting a change in impedance of a heating work coil was used to perform a joining operation on the same construction target as in the embodiment, the joining state was extremely good. As a result, melting collapse of the heat insulating layer was observed. The time required for the joining operation was about 10 seconds per one joint. In particular, setting the contact position of the high-frequency oscillation head was troublesome.

Further, in the above-mentioned joint positioning jig, the thickness of the joint positioning jig is in a range of +0.5 to -0.2 mm with respect to the thickness of the fixing member. Since the bonding positioning jig is set, the high-frequency oscillation head is supported in parallel with the periphery of the guide hole of the bonding positioning jig without being inclined with respect to the surface of the fixing member. Since the waterproof sheet can be pressed uniformly and appropriately against the upper surface of the fixing member, the joining operation can be performed more accurately and reliably. Therefore, the bonding strength between the fixing member and the waterproof sheet can be reliably ensured, and the fixing member is not locally abnormally heated, so that thermal deformation of the nearby waterproof sheet and melting and destruction of the heat insulating layer are prevented. There is an advantage that it can be prevented.
