前記電子マネー記録手段に記録されている電子マネーの一部又は全部を、前記取引の代金として、「前記ショップ又は前記ショップのために行動するセンターなどの機関」（以下、まとめて「ショップ側」という）に送信するための電子マネー送信手段と、

前記電子マネー記録手段に記録されている電子マネーの一部又は全部を、前記取引の代金として、「前記ショップ又は前記ショップのために行動するセンターなどの機関」（以下、まとめて「ショップ側」という）に送信するための電子マネー送信手段と、
前記地域データ取得手段により取得された地域データを、前記電子マネー送信手段により送信される電子マネーと関連付けて前記「ショップ側」に送信するための地域データ送信手段と、
