[0007] In these figures, a housing 1 and a cover 18, each of which has a housing divided into two sides, are provided with a horizontally long space portion 2, and a contact mechanism housing portion 3 formed in parallel with the space portion 2 with a partition wall 4 interposed therebetween. A spherical body 7 as a rotating body is provided in the space 2.
The contact mechanism housing part 3 is stored in a state where the movable contact piece 12 and the fixed contact piece 14 in the form of a leaf spring are held in a cantilever shape.
Are disposed opposite to each other. A movable contact 13 is provided at a substantially middle portion of the movable contact piece 12 and at a tip end of the fixed contact piece 14, respectively.
And the fixed contact 15 are welded to form a contact mechanism corresponding to a relatively large switching capacity.

Further, faston terminals 16 and 17 provided separately are led out of the housing, and a portion of the fixed end side of the movable contact piece 12 and the fixed contact piece 14 is resilient by utilizing the elasticity of a spring member. Although they are in contact with each other, it is also possible to extend the movable contact member and the fixed contact member so as to also serve as external terminals.

In this embodiment, three spheres 7 are accommodated in the space 2, but the spheres 7 on both sides serve as auxiliary weights when on and off, respectively. The number of spheres 7 can be increased or decreased to meet the use conditions. That is, if contact pressure is required to increase the opening / closing capacity, the number of spheres 7 can be increased, and if the opening / closing capacity is at a signal detection level, one sphere 7 can be used.

FIG. 4 is a moment diagram based on the configuration of the main parts of the first embodiment, and shows a state in which it is inclined about 30 degrees counterclockwise. The component force W in the moving axis direction of the force generated by the weight of the sphere 7 in the moving axis direction is a state in which the sphere 7 is sandwiched between the upper wall of the space 2 and the actuator 8 in a wedge shape.
A vector of a large pressing force N is applied to the actuator 8, and the pressing moment of F is transmitted from the operator 8 to the tip of the movable contact piece 12. Since the contact force P satisfies P ≒ F (L1 / L2) from the positional relationship between the point of action and the point of force of the movable contact piece 12, the contact force P, which far exceeds the weight of the sphere 7, always provides a stable contact. This is an excellent feature that a large switching capacity can be ensured while maintaining the same.

FIG. 8 shows a rotary body 47 of the tilt switch according to the present invention.
It is an application development example of. Although a cylindrical body is used instead of the spherical body, a barrel-shaped rotating body is used, or a guide groove is formed in the cylindrical body, and the cylindrical body is rotated along a rail protruding from the space ( Various developments are conceivable, such as none of them. FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a main part of a third embodiment of the tilt switch according to the present invention. A rotating shaft 89 is formed on the rotating body 87 and is rotatably connected by a connecting plate 90. Further, various connecting means such as linking the rotating body with magnetism can be considered. By connecting the rotatable members 87 rotatably as described above, the components in the moving directions of all the rotatable members 87 can be added and transmitted to the actuator. As compared with the above, the tilt switch body can be made more compact, and reliable contact switching and contact force can be improved.

As described above, according to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. (1) a housing having a space portion, at least one or more rotating bodies arranged so as to be able to rotate the space portion in a substantially linear direction, and a contact mechanism housing portion arranged in parallel with the space portion; A movable contact piece and a fixed contact piece formed by a spring member are disposed opposite to each other in the contact mechanism accommodating portion, and an operating member which is rotated by the movement of the rotating body is provided with a rotating shaft. A part of the armature is projected into the space, and the movable contact piece is pressed by the rotation of the actuator to come into contact with the fixed contact piece.
A contact force far exceeding the weight of the rotating body can be secured, and a stable contact can be always maintained to secure a large opening / closing capacity. (2) Since the movable contact piece and the fixed contact piece formed by the spring member are disposed opposite to each other in the contact mechanism accommodating portion arranged in the space, the length of the spring member can be efficiently arranged. Thus, the moment can be effectively used without increasing the outer shape of the tilt switch, and a tilt switch with high contact reliability can be configured. (3) An operator that is rotated by the movement of the rotating body is provided with a rotation shaft provided, and a part of the operator is projected into the space, and the movable contact piece is moved by the rotation of the operator. Since the pressing member is configured to be in contact with the fixed contact piece, the rotating moment of the rotating body to the actuator is transmitted to the movable contact piece without attenuating and the returning operation of the actuator at the time of return is smooth. Can be. (4) Since the fixed contact piece is configured to be brought into contact with the stopper portion that supports the falling down at a fixed position, a variation in the bending dimension of the fixed contact piece can be absorbed, and a highly accurate tilt switch can be provided. . (5) Since the actuator is projected into the space at an obtuse angle with the side of the space, reliable operating characteristics can be obtained even when the weight of the rotating body is small. (6) Since the rotating body composed of a plurality of rotating bodies rotatably connected by the connecting means is provided, the component forces in the moving directions of all the rotating bodies are added and transmitted to the actuator. Therefore, the tilt switch body can be made more compact, and the contact switching can be reliably performed and the contact force can be improved as compared with the case where the rotating body is not connected.
