口の周囲に開設された排水孔及び排米口が設けられてお
り、更にこの洗米槽部の底部外側には、洗米槽部に開設
された排米口の開閉による米の研ぎ洗いと、研ぎ洗いさ
れた米の搬出を選択的に切換える開閉板と、開閉板を通
過した白水及び研ぎ洗いされた米の搬出口を有する受体
が設けられている洗米器。
