Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an experimental instrument placing shelf apparatus constituted so as to properly receive a leaked liquid even when a liquid leaks form the experimental instrument placed on a shelf member to protect the other experimental instrument just under the shelf member and also made suitable for the use of a liquid chromatography analyzer. SOLUTION: The experimental instrument placed on the upper surface of the shelf member on a laboratory table is restricted by a belt 9 and a through- hole 6 capable of permitting the insertion of the lower end part 10a of the leading end stop jig 10 of the belt 9 functions as an introducing hole of liquid leaking from the experimental instrument at a time of an earthquake. The leaking liquid flowing down from the through-hole 6 is received in a container 7 to flow on to a harther lower container through a drain port 7a and a liquid tube. A small hole for guiding the liquid tube connected to the liquid chromatography analyzer on the shelf member 4 downwardly in a liquidtight manner is also provided to the shelf member 4.

Further, a fence provided on a peripheral edge of the shelf member is formed integrally with an upper surface of the shelf member by bending a plate material forming an upper surface of the shelf member, and an inner side surface of the fence is provided on the shelf member. If the outer surface of the fence is formed so as to be substantially vertical, the rigidity of the fence increases, which is advantageous in terms of strength and causes liquid leakage. Since the manufacturing process can be simplified by drawing or the like, and the fence can be bulged, the appearance can be improved.

In addition, a small hole is formed on the upper surface of the shelf member so as to pass a liquid distribution tube extending downward from laboratory equipment for analysis by liquid chromatography on the shelf member. Then, if a ring-shaped packing is provided to seal between the inner peripheral edge of the small hole and the outer peripheral surface of the tube, mounting of laboratory equipment with liquid treatment on the shelf member is performed without any trouble. In addition, even if a liquid leak accident occurs on the upper surface of the shelf member, the packing prevents the liquid from leaking downward from the shelf member, and the leaked liquid passes through the aforementioned liquid introduction through hole formed in the shelf member. Will be safely accepted in the container below.

As described above in detail, the following effects can be obtained according to the laboratory equipment mounting shelf apparatus of the present invention. (1) In the event of a liquid such as a chemical solution leaking from the experimental equipment on the shelf member on the shelf member on which the experimental equipment is placed in the event of an earthquake or the like, it was formed on the upper surface of the shelf member. The leaked liquid flows down through the through hole and is received by the container mounted below the shelf member, so that the liquid damages other laboratory equipment installed below the shelf member. Can be sufficiently prevented. (2) When the leading end stopper of the belt for restraining the laboratory equipment is locked in the through hole, the through hole locks the collecting hole for the leaked liquid and the belt leading end stopper. The hole also serves as a hole, so that the structure is simplified. (3) If a liquid-tight fence is provided upright along the periphery of the shelf member to block leaked liquid flowing out on the shelf member,
It is possible to sufficiently prevent the leaked liquid from flowing along the upper surface of the shelf member and dripping downward without completely entering the through hole. (5) A duct member capable of accommodating a surplus intermediate strip portion of a power cable or a signal cable connected to the experimental equipment is hooked on the fence in a horizontal state via a hook portion. In the past, extra intermediate strips, such as power cables, that were entangled with the back of a laboratory bench, etc., are now organized, greatly simplifying the replacement of laboratory equipment. become. (6) When a plurality of window holes are formed in the wall of the duct member to allow the extra-long intermediate strip to enter and exit, the power supply cable and signal cables connected to the experimental equipment are provided. Is properly performed without waste. (7) When the drainage port is formed at the bottom of the container below the shelf member and the drainage is received in the lower container via a drainage tube connected to the drainage port, the lower container The drainage can be remarkably easily performed simply by replacing the container, and the advantage that the container on the lower side of the shelf member need not be removed one by one can be obtained. (8) A fence provided on a peripheral edge of the shelf member is formed integrally with an upper surface of the shelf member by bending a plate material forming an upper surface of the shelf member, and an inner surface of the fence is formed on an upper surface of the shelf member. When the outer surface of the fence is formed so as to be substantially vertical, the rigidity of the fence increases, which is advantageous in strength, and may cause liquid leakage. In addition, the manufacturing process can be simplified by drawing or the like, and the fence can be swelled, so that the appearance can be improved. (9) On the upper surface of the shelf member, small holes are formed so as to pass a liquid distribution tube extending downward from laboratory equipment for analysis by liquid chromatography on the shelf member. When a ring-shaped packing that seals between the inner peripheral edge of the small hole and the outer peripheral surface of the tube is provided, mounting of the laboratory equipment with liquid treatment on the shelf member is performed without any trouble. Even if a liquid leak accident occurs on the upper surface of the shelf member, the packing prevents the liquid from leaking downward from the shelf member, and the leaked liquid passes through the above-described through hole for liquid introduction formed in the shelf member and is below the through hole. Can be safely accepted in any container.
