However, in the above-mentioned conventional technique, the four circumferences of the face material must be inserted into the grooves of the frame and screwed strongly with a large number of bolts. It became complicated and inconvenient in terms of cost and delivery time.
In addition, since the face material is fixed by bolts around four circumferences, the expansion and contraction of the face material is repeated by the rise and fall of the temperature after installation, for example, there is no absorption allowance when expanded by receiving direct sunlight in summer. The surface material is loose and undulates,
Not only was the appearance unsightly due to the unevenness of light, but also the quality of the surface material was reduced due to excessive force. Further, although the joint members are inserted into the gaps between the frames by arranging the panels, the gaps are too narrow to be easily fitted or cannot be easily removed because they cannot cope with the inevitable dispersion of the gaps. There has been a problem with the mounting structure that does not allow stable insertion.

The U-shaped pin 11 is similar to a metal fitting generally used for binding a document or the like, and is strongly driven into a face material using equipment such as an air gun. For example, since a metal plate such as aluminum or a resin plate has a high pull-out strength when driven, a small number of U-shaped pins 11 are provided at intervals. Also, when the edge of the face material is pushed into the insertion groove 21 of the frame material 2, the end of the insertion groove is chamfered so that the projection 12 of the U-shaped pin 11 is not caught at the entrance of the insertion groove 21, and the press-fitting is performed. The protruding portion 12 of the U-shaped pin 11 is engaged with the engaging groove 22 by engaging and recessing the engaging groove 22.

4, 5 and 6, FIG. 4 shows the joint member 4, a cover surface 41, a flange 42 on both end edges of the cover surface, a rebounding projecting side 43 protruding outward from the cover surface, and both legs. It is formed of a rubber elastic molded body having a fixed bolt storage space 44 therebetween and a bolt holding valve 45 interposed between bolts. FIG. 5 shows a state where such joint members 4 are sandwiched in gaps between panels when the panels are mounted.
The fixed wings 23 of the adjacent panel overlap and are screwed to the support 6 by bolts 5, and the joint members 4 are packed in the gap between the two frame members of the panel. This joint material 4
Can cope with the variation in the gap generated when the panels are connected in series. That is, FIG. 5 shows a standard view, FIG. 6 (a) shows a case where the gap is narrow, and FIG. 6 (b) shows a case where the gap is wide. At the same time, the projecting side 43 is inserted into the engaging groove 24 of the frame 2 and is engaged therewith, and at the same time, the bolt holding valve 45 grips the bolt and is difficult to remove. Even if the gap between the frames is small, it is narrowed by increasing the resilience of the rubber elasticity with deformation, and even if the gap is large, at least the rebound spike 43 and the bolt holding valve 45
And are engaged or gripped. In this way, the gap between the panels is sealed by the joint material, and a structure is provided in which rainwater and dust are unlikely to enter the gap.

Further, since the panel is assembled in such a manner that the fixed wings of the adjacent frame are overlapped with each other and bolted to the support, it is extremely easy to mount the panel on a high place or a dangerous scaffold. Can be formed, and by filling the joints into the gaps, even if there is a slight variation in the gaps, the joints are hard to come off, providing excellent maintenance and durability, so that they can be securely inserted. Can be done. In this way, instead of the wet method that requires drying such as cement and caulking agent, the installation method can be performed easily and in a short time by the dry method, and the assembled panel can be installed regardless of the temperature change throughout the year. Since the structure is adapted to cope with the expansion and contraction of the surface material in the frame, no warping or bending of the panel occurs after installation, and therefore, there is no deterioration of the material or inconvenience in appearance.
