[0003] As a conventional article transport container, there is a plastic container made of an injection molded article or a foam molded article having an article storage recess having an open upper surface. The article storage recess is partitioned into a plurality of article storage spaces by a partition, and a plurality of articles can be stored in one container.

[0004] Incidentally, since the article transport containers are often stacked and transported, high rigidity is required. In addition, since many article transport containers are transported at once for reasons such as a reduction in transport cost, it is preferable that the article transport containers have excellent lightness. Furthermore, if there is distortion in the article transport container, it is easy to rattle during transportation, and some stored articles may be damaged. Therefore, a container without distortion is required. In addition, if there is a distortion in the container, there is also a problem that the containers cannot be satisfactorily stacked or the rattling becomes large.

However, in order to obtain a highly rigid article transport container from an injection-molded article, the thickness of the container must be increased. As a result, the container becomes heavy, and the article transport container is naturally cooled after molding. In addition, there is a problem that the distortion is easily generated and the accuracy is further reduced, and the product cost is increased. Further, when the article transport container is made of a foamed product, the foamed product has a property of shrinking by natural cooling after molding, and a property of expanding and contracting due to temperature and humidity during use, and high material cost and manufacturing cost. Therefore, there is a problem that the obtained article transport container has low dimensional accuracy and high price.

[0006] Further, in the conventional article transport container,
When stacked, due to the weight of the stored articles and vibration during transport, the upper article transport container is too tightly fitted in the lower article transport container, and the article storage space in the lower article transport container becomes narrow. is there.

The material of the upper sheet A and the lower sheet B is a thermoplastic plastic which can be vacuum formed, and is appropriately selected. In particular, a plastic which is excellent in rigidity and lightweight, inexpensive, and excellent in moldability, such as polystyrene, is preferable. In addition, you may mix a desired additive, a coloring agent, etc. in the plastic which comprises the upper sheet A and the lower sheet B. The mixing of the additives and the like is not limited to both the upper sheet A and the lower sheet B, and only one of the sheets can be used, and the degree of freedom in product design is high. Also,
The upper sheet A and the lower sheet B are preferably non-foamed in terms of rigidity. The thicknesses of the upper sheet A and the lower sheet B are increased when the size of the article transport container 10 is large, and reduced when the size of the article transport container 10 is small.

Further, the upper sheet A and the lower sheet B
The materials, colors, thicknesses, etc., may differ from each other depending on the use of the article transport container, the stored articles, and the like. For example, the upper sheet A serving as the inside is made of a material having lower rigidity than the lower sheet B serving as the outer side, the thickness is reduced by reducing the thickness, or the lower sheet B serving as the outer side is made smaller than the upper sheet A serving as the inside. Also, as a material having high rigidity, the rigidity and strength are further increased. Further, by changing the color between the upper sheet A and the lower sheet B or changing the pattern, it is also possible to distinguish the use of the article transport container and the type of the article stored in the article transport container. As described above, since the upper sheet A and the lower sheet B are bonded to each other, the degree of freedom for various required properties, applications, and costs is extremely high.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper and lower surfaces of the peripheral wall portion 11 engage with the upper and lower other article transport containers 10U and 10L when the article transport containers are stacked, and
An upper surface engaging portion 17A and a lower surface engaging portion 17B are formed to keep the vertical, horizontal positional relationship between U, 10, and 10L constant. Due to the engagement of the engaging portions 17A, 17B, the article transport containers 10U, 10, 10L are collapsed when the article transport containers 10U, 10, 10L are stacked and transported, or the weight of the internal articles P, vibration during transport, and the like are caused. This prevents the upper article transport container 10U from being deeply fitted into the article transport container 10 to reduce the substantial depth of the article storage space 25. In particular, when the article storage space 25 becomes substantially shallow due to the weight or the like, the upper article transport container 10U
The article P in the article transport container 10 may be pushed by the lower surface of the article P, and in the worst case, the article P is damaged.

Since the upper sheet and the lower sheet are bonded to each other, the strength and rigidity can be increased while maintaining the lightness of the article transport container, and deformation and distortion are less likely to occur and accuracy is high. Further, since the upper sheet and the lower sheet are formed by vacuum molding, shrinkage and deformation after molding are less likely to occur as compared with injection molded products and foam molded products, thereby increasing the accuracy of the article transport container. Therefore, the article transport container according to the first aspect of the present invention is particularly suitable for precision electronic components such as integrated circuits in which vibration during transportation is a problem.

Further, since the article transport container of the first aspect of the present invention is excellent in light weight as described above, the transport cost can be reduced when a large number of articles are transported in a stacked manner.
Further, the article transport container according to the first aspect of the present invention has a lower molding cost and is more economical than forming an article transport container having the same strength and rigidity by using an injection molded product or a foam molded product. In addition, since it consists of laminating the upper sheet and the lower sheet, one of the upper and lower sheets can be made different from the other sheet in material, color, thickness, and filler, etc. The degree of freedom can be increased, and the cost can be reduced.

According to the article transport container of the fourth aspect of the present invention,
An engaging portion is formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the peripheral wall portion so as to engage with other upper and lower article transport containers at the time of stacking the article transport containers and to maintain a constant positional relationship between the article transport containers in the vertical and horizontal directions. When the articles are stacked and transported, the upper article transport container does not collapse, and furthermore, due to the weight of the stored articles and the vibration at the time of transport, the vertical distance between the article transport containers becomes narrower and the depth of the article storage space becomes deeper. It does not become shallow. Therefore, articles can always be stored and transported safely.

Further, according to the article transport container of the present invention, the engaging portions on the upper and lower surfaces of the peripheral wall portion are stepped, and the horizontal step portions at both the engaging portions are vertical when the article transport containers are stacked. Since it overlaps with the horizontal step portion of the engaging portion in the other article transport container, the vertical distance between the article transport containers can be constantly and surely kept constant. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the stored articles in the article storage recesses from being damaged by contacting the lower surface of the upper article transport container, and it is possible to further enhance safety during transport.

As described above, according to the article transport container of the first aspect of the present invention, two plastic sheets consisting of an upper sheet and a lower sheet formed by vacuum forming are laminated and bonded. Having a hollow reinforcing space between the upper sheet and the lower sheet at the peripheral wall portion and the rib portion, and an outer peripheral flange portion of the peripheral wall portion located so as to sandwich the reinforcing space and a bottom surface of the article storage space. Since the upper sheet and the lower sheet are overlapped and adhered to each other, the strength and rigidity can be increased while maintaining the lightness of the article transport container, and deformation and distortion are less likely to occur and accuracy is high.
