Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow piping to freely move when the piping is largely displaced due to an earth movement caused by liquification. SOLUTION: A support block 5 with its tip part connected to piping 1 is slidably inserted into a pipe-like support body. A seal material 8 is placed between an outer surface of the support block 5 and the inner surface of a tip part of the support body 7 for sealing. A base end side of the support body 7 is fixed to a support reception stand 11 to connect with a support frame 12 for rotation. A rupture disk 9 is installed on the base end part of the support body 7. Water is sealed in the support body 7 between the rupture disk 9 and a base end surface of the support block 5. When the piping 1 is about to be displaced largely due to an earth movement caused by liquification, if a large force is applied to the support block 5 and the support body 7, which try to restrain the movement, the hydraulic pressure inside the support body 7 increases to break the rupture disk 9, thereby allowing a free travel of the piping 1 through the support block 5.

2. Description of the Related Art FIG.
As shown in (1), a support block 2 fixed to the pipe 1 or engaged with a projection provided on the pipe 1 so as to move integrally with the pipe is slidably mounted on a support base 3 via a sliding plate 4. When the pipe 1 heat-transfers due to the temperature of the fluid flowing in the pipe 1, the support block 2 moves in the same manner as the pipe 1 and slides on the support base 3 to restrict the heat transfer of the pipe 1. There is a configuration in which the pipe 1 is supported while following it without performing the following. As an anti-seismic measure, the pipe 1 is supported at a dense pitch so as to have sufficient strength against earthquake acceleration. It is.

However, when an earthquake occurs, a phenomenon in which the ground contains a large amount of water and becomes muddy due to vibration, a so-called liquefaction phenomenon, and the ground fluctuates greatly, If the pipe 1 is supported at a fine pitch by the pipe supporting apparatus as shown in FIG. 2, the pipe 1 cannot be freely moved, and the support block 2 is not used in the conventional pipe supporting apparatus.
There is no consideration to break the pipe and lose the support function of the pipe 1, and there is a possibility that the movement of the pipe 1 may be hindered when the ground changes greatly, and various large displacements of the ground due to liquefaction phenomenon have been considered so far. In fact, no support device has been proposed which is designed to ensure that the pipe support function is lost for a large force.

[0006] When the piping is going to be largely displaced due to ground deformation due to liquefaction during an earthquake, the support block and the support receive a large force in an attempt to suppress the movement of the piping. This large force causes the pressure in the support to rise and break the rupture disc. If the rupture disc is torn, the pressure in the support will drop and the piping will be free to move through the support block.

FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b) show an embodiment of the present invention, in which the base end side of a support block 5 whose tip is swingably connected to the outside of a pipe 1 by a universal joint 6 is shown. The support block 5 is slidably inserted into a cylindrical support 7 having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the support block 5 on the same axis. A seal member 8 for sealing between the outer peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface is provided so that the support block 5 can slide within the support body 7 to perform the expansion and contraction operation, and a seal between the inner support surface and the outer surface of the support block. Can be performed sufficiently. In addition, a rupture is provided at the base end of the cylindrical support 7 so that when the pressure of the water to be sealed in the support 7 increases, the water breaks down and the water flows out of the support 7. Attach the disk 9,
Water is sealed in the support 7 between the rupture disk 9 and the support block 5 so that a slight displacement of the support block 5 in the axial direction is absorbed in the support 7 and a large displacement of the support block 5 is achieved. When the water pressure in the support 7 exceeds a certain pressure, the rupture disc 9 is surely broken, and the water 10 in the rupture disk 9 flows out so that the movement of the pipe 1 through the support block 5 becomes free.

When the liquefaction phenomenon caused by the earthquake causes the ground to undergo various large displacements, the support 1, the support 7, the support block 5 and the like constituting the pipe support device of the present invention and the pipe 1 are connected. A large relative displacement occurs between the two. However, at this time, if the pipe 1 attempts to fluctuate greatly, the support block 5 and the support 7 receive a large force in an attempt to hinder their movement. When the support 7 and the support block 5 are shortened, the pressure of the water 10 in the support 7 increases, and when the water pressure exceeds a certain pressure, the rupture disc 9 is broken by the water pressure and the inside of the support 7 is broken. Of water 10 flows out from the base end side. Thereby, the axial movement of the support block 5 becomes free, the support function of the pipe 1 is lost, and the movement of the pipe 1 becomes free.

For example, when the pipe 1 is to be largely displaced to a position shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG.
When the support 7 and the support block 5 of each pipe support device in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction are both shortened, when the water pressure in each support 7 becomes equal to or higher than the breaking pressure of the set rupture disk 9. Since the rupture disk 9 is broken and the water 10 inside leaks out, the movement of each support block 5 with respect to each support 7 is free, and the universal joint 6 and the support receiving part of the connection portion between each support block 5 and the pipe 1 are provided. Since the support 7 and the support block 5 can be rotated by the pin 13 at the connection portion between the table 11 and the support base 12,
The pipe 1 can freely move from the solid line position to the position indicated by the two-dot chain line.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, a seal member 8 is interposed between the outer peripheral surface on the base end side of the support block 5 and the inner peripheral surface on the distal end of the support 7. In this case, the piston is attached to the base end of the support block 5 and stored in the cylindrical support 7, and water is sealed in the support 7. The structure of the connecting portion between the support block 5 and the pipe 1 may be a universal joint 6.
Is shown, but another connection method may be adopted as long as it can follow the movement of the pipe 1, a material to be sealed in the support 7 may be a fluid other than water, and the like. It goes without saying that various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

As described above, according to the piping support apparatus of the present invention, the base end of the support block is inserted into the distal end of the cylindrical support in a liquid-tight manner, and the base end of the support is inserted. A rupture disk is attached to the side, and the distal end of the support block is connected to and supported by piping, and the base end of the support is supported on the fixed side, and water is sealed in the support. It has sufficient strength for earthquake resistance, and when the liquefaction phenomenon occurs due to the earthquake and the ground fluctuation is large, if the piping is going to be greatly displaced by the ground fluctuation, it is supported by the displacement of the support block. When the water pressure inside the body rises above the pressure at which the rupture disc is broken, the rupture disc is broken, water in the support leaks, and the support block can move freely, so that the pipe supporting machine can be reliably moved. And the piping can be freely moved to protect the piping, and the support block is swingably connected to the piping and the base end of the support is rotatable to the fixed side. By connecting to the pipes, the pipes can be displaced more freely, and furthermore, by supporting one pipe from the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, the rupture discs of the supports of both support devices can be formed. Excellent effects such as being able to be displaced in an arbitrary direction without breaking and restraining the pipe can be achieved.
