する制御信号発生手段と、を備えている、 ことを特徴とする車載用ノイズコントローラ。

する加算手段と、 前記騒音源から抽出された所定の参照信号に基づき、前
記騒音信号と略々同振幅かつ逆位相の前記制御信号を出
力する制御信号発生手段と、 前記参照信号と真の誤差信号とに基づき、前記制御信号
の内容を逐次更新可能な更新手段と、を備えている、 ことを特徴とする車載用ノイズコントローラ。
