Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify mounting or demounting to or from a sliding bearing device, to easily eliminate dewcondensation even when condensate is generated by keeping air permeability on a sliding surface, ensuring sealing performance and to simply maintain the bearing device only by turning over a cover. SOLUTION: The cover for the plain bearing has an opening 25 being formed in a sheet shape covering a sliding surface 22 on the foundation 12 side for preventing the intrusion of water and dust to the sliding surface 22 while being fast stuck and fitted the periphery of a plain bearing body 21 on the building 10 side, is brought into approximately point-contact with the sliding surface 22 at projected points by forming a rear in a surface with projections, and has slits from the opening 25 to a periphery.

2. Description of the Related Art In a building, a slide bearing device has been used as one of seismic isolation support devices for reducing vibration transmitted to a building by absorbing displacement caused by an earthquake or vibration. This sliding bearing device is provided with a sliding bearing at a lower part of a building, and is configured to support the building slidably via the sliding bearing by a sliding surface provided on a foundation. Further, the sliding bearing device may be used together with a seismic isolation supporting device capable of elastic displacement in the horizontal direction, such as a laminated rubber bearing device. In such an architectural sliding bearing device,
In order to keep the coefficient of friction constant, it is necessary to prevent water and dust from adhering to the slip surface as much as possible. For this reason, a waterproof / dustproof cover (slip support cover) is mounted.

In FIG. 2, each of the slide bearing devices 20 includes
Slip support 2 provided at the lower end of pillar 13 of building 10
1 is configured to be supported on a sliding surface 22 provided on the foundation 12 so as to be able to slide (slide) in the horizontal direction. In the example shown in the figure, the slip surface 22 is formed by fixing a flat member 23 on the upper surface of the foundation 12 and finishing the smooth upper surface of the flat member 23 to a low friction surface. As the material of the flat plate member 23 forming the slip surface 22, a metal, a sintered alloy, a PTFE resin, or the like is used, and a material having a low friction coefficient having excellent smoothness and abrasion resistance is preferable. On the other hand, as the sliding surface (end surface member) of the sliding bearing member 21, a material having the same material as the flat plate member 23 and capable of obtaining an appropriate friction coefficient by combination with the sliding surface 22 is used.

[0010] In the slip bearing device 20, in order to keep the slip characteristics (seismic isolation characteristics) constant, the slip surface 2 is required.
It is required to prevent a change in the coefficient of friction due to the adhesion of moisture or dust to the surface 2 as much as possible. For this purpose, a cover 24 for sliding support for covering the sliding surface 22 is attached as shown in FIG. Have been. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the upper surface of the sliding bearing cover in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the back surface of the sliding bearing cover in FIG. 2 to 4, the sliding support cover 24 is provided with a sliding surface 22 for preventing water and dust from entering the sliding surface 22.
The sliding support cover 24 is tightly fitted to the inside (substantially in the center) of the sliding support cover 24 so as to secure waterproof and dustproof properties with the periphery of the sliding support body 21 on the building 10 side. A matching opening 25 is formed. The outer shape of the slide support cover 24 is slightly larger than the outer shape of the slide surface 22, and the shape is set to a desired shape such as a square or a circle in consideration of the shape of the slide surface 22.

The rear surface of the seat of the slide support cover 24 (the inner surface of the seat on the side of the slide surface 22) is a surface with a plurality of protrusions 26 formed thereon. It is configured so as to make contact in a substantially point contact state at the projection point (apex of the projection 26). Therefore, the use state of FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 (the state where the sliding surface is covered)
However, due to the point contact with the sliding surface 22, air permeability can be secured between the sliding surface 22 and, for example, even if dew condensation occurs on the sliding surface 22 due to internal moisture or the like, moisture is removed. The dew can be easily released, and the dew can be easily and reliably eliminated.
