From the viewpoint of not putting a burden on environmental resources by 14000 (international standard), manufacturers have imposed an effort target such as collection on plastic winding drums. However, it is difficult to collect scattered materials in various parts of the world, even if the collection is easy and there is no problem between factories in the company or affiliates.

Therefore, in order to comply with ISO 14000, it is preferable to form the winding drum using a material that does not easily generate harmful substances that cause environmental pollution even if it is incinerated as it is. For example, a paperboard is used for each of the winding portion and both flange portions of the winding drum. A plurality of bonding projections projecting in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the winding section are distributed along the respective circumferential edges of both ends of the winding section. Are bonded to the center portions of the inner surfaces of the corresponding flange portions, respectively, and the winding portion and the both flange portions are assembled to form a winding drum. Alternatively, a reinforcing paperboard fitted in the corresponding end of the winding portion is bonded to the center of the inner surface of each flange portion, and each end surface of the winding portion is bonded to the corresponding flange portion. The inner surface of each end of the winding portion is bonded to the corresponding peripheral surface of the reinforcing paperboard to assemble the winding portion and the both flange portions to form a winding drum.

However, such a paperboard has a directionality of bending strength due to a manufacturing method in which bending strength in one direction is large and bending strength in a direction perpendicular thereto is small. Therefore, even if the winding part is formed in a tubular shape using paperboard, the directionality of the bending strength can be lost, but if it is used in a flat shape like a flange, the directionality of the bending strength is lost. Can not. Then, at the time of winding, the electric wire is strongly wound around the winding portion using a machine, and when the amount of winding is increased, a large force is applied to the flange portion, so that the flange portion is bent and the wire is wound. Is broken and cannot be wound well. Therefore,
The electric wire must be wound while adjusting the force by a manual operation called manual winding. It should be noted that the directionality is not lost if the thickness of the paperboard of the flange portion remains flat even if it is thick. Further, when paperboard is used for reinforcement, when a large force is applied during winding of the electric wire, a part of the paperboard is peeled off, and the paperboard for reinforcement is easily separated from the flange.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a front view of an electric wire winding drum to which the present invention is applied, FIG. 2 is a plan view of a flange portion thereof, and FIG. 3 is a plan view of a reinforcing plate thereof. This electric wire winding drum 1 is composed of a winding part 2, left and right flanges 3 (3a, 3b), and left and right reinforcing plates 4 (4a, 4b), and has a left-right symmetric structure. The winding part 2 is made of a paperboard having a length of about 5 mm and a cylinder having the same length and diameter, for example, about 13 cm. However, a paperboard is not used as a base material of each flange portion 3, and for example, four flat plates 5 (5a, 5b) arranged at equal intervals and parallel as shown in FIG. And three corrugated plates 6 (6a, 6b,
6c), and adopts a thick plate-shaped reinforced corrugated cardboard 7 having a thickness of about 15 mm. Moreover, in order to increase the strength of the reinforced corrugated cardboard 7, a new material is used for the two flat plates 5a and 5d disposed outside, and at least one of the flat plates 5a or 5d is subjected to a waterproof treatment in order to further enhance waterproofness. I will give it. In addition, two flat plates 5b arranged inside,

Also, no paperboard is used for the base material of each reinforcing plate 4,
A thick wooden plywood having a thickness of about 12 mm is adopted.
However, if the reinforcing plate 4 is made of wood, it may be a single plate having a predetermined thickness. And at the time of manufacture, the diameter is 12
A disc of about cm is cut out, a shaft hole 11 is formed at the center, and a drill hole 12 extending in the radial direction is formed slightly away from the shaft hole 11. Then, the strength of the reinforcing plate 4 can be increased, and the contact area with the winding part 2 can be increased. In addition,
The reinforcing plate 4 makes the diameter of the shaft hole 11 equal to the diameter of the shaft hole 8 of the flange 3, and makes the shape of the drill hole 12 equal to almost half the shape of the drill hole 9 of the flange 3.

Therefore, the combined body of the flange 3 and the reinforcing plate 4 is
After using the set, the two reinforcing plates 4 are arranged inwardly and horizontally separated from each other, and the adhesive is applied to each of the contact points at the time of assembling the winding part 2, the left and right flanges 3, and the left and right reinforcing plates 4 respectively. Then, the left and right reinforcing plates 4 corresponding to both ends of the wound portion 2 are fitted respectively, and pressed to fix the wound portion 2 to the left and right flange portions 3 and the reinforcing plate 4, respectively. At this time, most of the end faces 13 of the winding part 2 are adhered to the vicinity of the center of the inner surface of the corresponding flange 3 as shown in FIG. Each is adhered to the peripheral surface 14 of the plate 4 (see FIG. 1). Therefore, since the area of the peripheral surface 14 of the wound portion 2 increases as the thickness of the reinforcing plate 4 increases, the wound portion 2 can be firmly fixed to the reinforcing plate 4. In this manner, when all the contact surfaces of the winding portion 2 and the left and right flange portions 3 and the left and right reinforcing plates 4 are adhered to each other, there is no need to use metal fittings and the like, so that the assembly can be easily performed, and an assembly having high strength can be obtained. can get.
