Conventionally, as a calendar, there has been generally used a wall calendar in which paper sheets of the same size are overlapped, and their top edges are wrapped in a metal plate and bound. Such wall calendars usually have a certain size and are stored in a large envelope for protection when mailed. by the way,
When a calendar having a certain size is sent out by mail, the size of the mail box cannot be accommodated by a mail box such as a general home. Although it can be inserted, even if it is folded in two, the thickness will be thick in its folded form, it will be difficult to insert it in the mail box, and the unnecessary folds will damage the appearance of the calendar is there. For this reason, a calendar that can be inserted into a general home mailbox without being folded and reduced in size is desired.

In consideration of the above points, a saddle stitching type calendar in which a central portion of the overlapped paper sheets is stapled has been proposed. Among the saddle stitching type calendars, there are stapled stapled stitches and metal stapled stitches such as metal O-rings. However, when staples are stapled, the staples are metal wires, and the sheets are tightly bound with the needles of the metal wires. The hole that was opened widened and split from the hole, resulting in poor appearance. Also, in the method of manufacturing a staple-bound calendar, if multiple sheets are bound and then the binding part is folded as a folded part, the stress at the time of folding is concentrated on the staple-bound part and the binding is performed. Since the portion is easily damaged, a method is employed in which the sheet is folded in advance to form a signature, the signatures are overlapped, and then the sheets are stapled, thereby complicating the process. On the other hand, in the case of a type that is bound with a binding tool such as an O-ring, a plurality of holes are previously opened to a size with a margin, and the holes are bound through a ring, and manufactured using a method with little damage. it can. However, the structure is complicated and the production cost is higher than that of the staple-bound type. Also, since the diameter of the O-ring is larger than the thickness of the calender, it becomes unusual as a package and is not suitable for mailing. However, when used, the O-ring becomes prominent, and the appearance of this type of calendar is impaired. Furthermore, since the staple binding type calendar and the O-ring binding type calendar are also composed of both incinerated paper sheets and non-incinerated metal members,
There is a problem in that disposal after use is troublesome. In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to make a calendar a form in which a plurality of sheets can be bound and folded without using a metal member, and can be easily placed in a mail box and easily disposed of. The goal is to get a workable calendar.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Next, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in FIGS. In the drawing, reference numeral 1 denotes a calendar, and the calendar 1 is provided so as to be able to be folded in two at a folding position 2 as shown in FIG. 2 and is provided in a substantially square shape having a side of 10 cm or more and 50 cm or less. The sheets 3 are overlapped so that the folding positions 2 overlap each other. Then, as shown in FIG. 1, the folding section 2 is linearly bound at the folding position 2 and bound by the thread 4, and the binding section 5 formed by binding the folding position 2 in a state where seven sheets of paper 2 are overlapped. The calendar 1 is provided so as to be bendable. The calendar 1 is overlapped on the free end side of each page 6 formed by dividing the seven sheets 3 at the folding position 2 so that the calendar 1 can be hung on a wall or the like in a spread state. A wall-hanging hole 7 is opened so as to be overlapped in the aligned state. The hole 7 for wall hanging is formed by cutting the whole from the binding portion 5 by cutting it into two as described later, and punching and forming it at the time of the two-folded state. It is formed as a large opening so that the hole state is ensured even if the hole position is displaced due to the difference between the holes and the slight bending habit around the binding portion.

The calendar 1 is used so that the date is displayed on the entire open surface, and a page section 8 formed by separating the sheet 3 at the folding position 2 is continuous via a binding section 5. A facing surface 9 is formed, and the facing surface 9
A date display 10 is provided for each month. In this manner, the spread pages 9 are formed by the continuous page portions 8 via the binding portions 5.
Is formed, the dates of different months are displayed on the page portions 8 that are paired with each sheet 3 except for the facing side that is the innermost surface in the folded state. For example, in FIG. 1, the innermost spread surface 9 in the folded state is provided with the June date display 10 on the entire surface of one sheet 3, but the May date display 10 shown in FIG. The page portion 8a at the front position where the innermost sheet 2 is folded in the folded state
And one page portion 8b of the next sheet 3 is provided on a facing surface 9 formed by the sheet. Also, in each of the facing surfaces 9, since the binding portion 5 appears at the center position, the interval 11 between the weeks in the middle portion of the date display 10 is set so that the binding portion 5 does not overlap the date display 10. The interval 11 between the weeks corresponding to the binding section 5 and the week corresponding to the binding section 5 is larger than the interval 12 between the other weeks. By doing so, even if the binding portion 5 is slightly displaced from the normal position, it does not overlap the date display 10.

In manufacturing the calendar 1, first, seven sheets of paper 3 each having been subjected to printing are overlapped and bound at the folding position 2 with a thread 4 (FIG. 4).
(I)). Next, a trowel is applied to the folding position 2 of the binding portion 5 to bend the whole, and then a tape 13 is pasted on the back to hide the thread appearing on the back side (FIG. 4B). Then, after cutting the three sides except the back side, the punch 1 is kept in the folded state.
In step 4, a hole for wall hanging is formed by punching (FIG. 4C).
By doing so, the calendar 1 having a substantially flat folded shape is obtained (FIG. 4 (d)). The shape of the calendar 1 of the present invention is not limited to a quadrangle, but may be a circle, an ellipse, a star, other animal shapes or animated characters. Also, in consideration of mailing, only the outer sheet may be squared, and the inner sheet may be bound in the non-square shape so that the folding positions coincide with each other. With such various shapes, it is possible to impart an interesting taste to the calendar. Furthermore, the position where the folding position is provided is not limited to the center of the sheet, and may be a position biased toward the end. In this case, the week at which the interval is made is changed appropriately according to the position of the binding portion. By changing the position where the binding portion is provided in this manner, a calendar that cannot be normally obtained can be obtained, and the interest can be increased.

As described above, according to the calender of the present invention, a plurality of paper sheets, each of which can be folded in two from the folding position, are overlapped with each other so that the folding positions overlap each other. It is characterized in that it is provided so as to be foldable from a binding portion formed by binding the folding position in a state in which a plurality of sheets are overlapped and a plurality of paper sheets are superimposed. The entire calendar can be reduced in size by folding it at the binding portion, which makes handling extremely easy. In particular, when the shape is rectangular, it becomes suitable for mailing, and can be put in a mail box of a general household. In addition, since the binding portion is formed by thread binding, it does not have a metal portion, and can be easily incinerated when unnecessary. And the calender material is mainly made of paper and thread, does not emit harmful substances at the time of incineration, and if the paper is 100% used paper, the amount of waste can be reduced and the environment is considered even more. . In addition, if vegetable oil ink is used as the printing ink, a calendar that reduces harmful substances and does not damage the environment is obtained. Then, on the free end side of each page section where the sheet is partitioned at the folding position, a hole for wall hanging is opened so as to overlap when the page sections are overlapped, so that any page section can be opened. The wall hanging hole is in a through hole state, so that the wall hanging operation can be easily performed. further,
When the binding portion is provided in a linear shape at a substantially central position of a plurality of stacked sheets, the folding shape when the plurality of sheets are folded from the binding portion is substantially flat, so that folding is performed. The appearance does not become bulky, and handling becomes easy. And, a page unit formed by dividing the paper sheet at the folding position is provided with a date display in units of months for each spread surface that is continuous through the binding unit that binds the folding position, and in each of the spread surfaces, Between the week of the date display and the week corresponding to the binding portion so that the binding portion does not overlap the date display, the interval between the week corresponding to the binding portion and the other week between the week. By making the size larger, the date display on any of the facing surfaces becomes well-formatted. Usually, since a display space for five weeks is secured in the date display of January, the date display avoiding the binding portion is used as described above, so that one of the sheets separated at the folding position of the paper sheet is used. A date display with a small number of page portions is provided, and a space that can be used for displaying the date of the next month small can be secured on the page portion side. Further, by providing each of the above-mentioned paper sheets in a substantially square shape having a side of 10 cm or more and 50 cm or less, the calendar in a folded form becomes small, so that it can be securely inserted into a mailbox at a general household. It has an effect that is excellent in practicality.
