2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a flat roof construction method using an eye deck roof in a steel structure or the like is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-24740 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-24741. The roof was formed by directly attaching the lower end to a vehicle body (beam or purlin). Also, there is a well-known construction method of a folded-plate roof in which a corrugated metal roof plate is attached to a vehicle body using a tight frame also formed with a corrugation.

However, in the above-mentioned prior art, in the case of the former (the one using an eye deck roof), means such as welding or screwing the lower end of the leg-like rib portion of the roof plate directly to the vehicle body. The work is usually carried out by extending the hands from the top of the shingle to the back side of the shingle in a downward direction, resulting in poor workability and serious danger such as accidentally falling to the ground. There were many. In the case of the latter (with a tight frame), the roof plate and the tight frame are simply formed by fitting the same shape into a corrugated shape, so that the strength is weak,
In addition, when the waterproof structure is provided on the top surface of the roof shingle, the roof shingle has a corrugated shape, which causes problems such as troublesome construction.

According to the present invention, a leg-like rib having a roof plate lower surface supporting edge is formed at one end of a roof plate, and a bent edge for fitting a leg-like rib portion or a roof plate lower surface support is formed at the other end. A connection in which an edge overlap edge is formed, the bent edge is fitted to the leg-shaped rib portion, or the roof edge lower surface support edge is overlapped with the roof edge lower surface support edge to connect the roof panel. In a method for constructing a lightweight and fire-resistant connected roof comprising a roof and a tight frame for attaching the shingle to a vehicle body, the lower surface of the leg-shaped rib fitting recess of the tight frame is attached to the vehicle body by a required mounting means. At the same time, the leg-shaped ribs of the roof plate are inserted and fitted into the leg-shaped rib portion fitting concave portions, and the tight frame fitting concave / convex formed between the leg-shaped rib portions of the roof plate. Part is fitted into the concave / convex part for roof plate fitting of the tight frame. Then, they are integrally mounted by required mounting means, and a waterproof structure or a ceramic non-combustible plate, a heat-resistant and heat-insulating plate, and a waterproof material are sequentially laid on the roof shingle as needed, and heat-resistant and heat-insulated.・ Because it has a waterproof structure, as in the case of the construction of a flat connection roof using a conventional eyedeck roof, workers reach down to the back of the shingle with the hands facing down from the top of the shingle. Since the installation work can be performed on the roof shingle without attaching the roof shingle to the body, the workability is very good and the safety is extremely high without danger of falling down accidentally during the work. There is heat resistance, heat insulation,
With the waterproof structure, it is possible to obtain a connected roof that is lightweight and has excellent fire resistance.

Further, according to the present invention, each leg-like rib receiving portion of the roof plate is inserted and fitted into the leg-like rib portion fitting concave portion of the tight frame, and each leg-like rib receiving portion of the roof plate and the tight frame is fitted. Since the concave and convex portions are integrally attached, there are effects such as high strength and extremely simple structure.
