2. Description of the Related Art In the production of a wire (steel wire), a scale (oxide film) adheres to the surface of a hot-rolled wire or a wire that has been subjected to heat treatment during patenting or drawing. Therefore, a wire coil (having a form in which a long wire is wound in a coil shape) is immersed in an acid solution such as sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid to perform pickling treatment for removing scale. In the case of drawing a wire, a coating treatment is performed on the surface of the wire after pickling to serve as a carrier for assisting the introduction of a lubricant into a die or to form a strong lubricating film.

For surface treatment such as pickling and coating of a wire coil, a plurality of wire coils are immersed in a processing solution in a processing tank with a plurality of wire coils being hung upright on a C-shaped hook (hairpin hook). It is done by that. in this case,
Since the treatment liquid does not sufficiently penetrate into the hook contact surface inside the wire coil contacted with the C-shaped hook, it is necessary to solve the problem that pickling failure or coating failure occurs at the hook contact surface of the wire coil. In addition, poor pickling in the pickling treatment means that scale residue occurs, and defective coating in the coating treatment means that a portion where no film is formed occurs.

In FIG. 5, T is a long inclined base having an inclined surface. The inclined table T is disposed at the bottom of a coating tank (not shown) for coating processing filled with a coating liquid.
It can be moved up and down by the operation of a driving device provided outside the processing tank. As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the wire coil W is immersed in a processing liquid in a state of being hung in a standing posture on a C-type hook F suspended by a crane and subjected to a coating treatment. Then, during the processing, the tilting base T is raised to push the wire coil W upward.
Thereby, as shown in FIG. 5B, the wire coil W rotates counterclockwise by a small angle because of the inclined surface. Next, when the inclined base T is lowered and the wire coil W is supported by the C-shaped hook F again, the hook contact surface of the wire coil W shifts from the position P to the position P 'as shown in FIG.
Therefore, the position of the hook contact surface of the wire coil W is shifted by moving the wire coil W by a required amount in the circumferential direction by repeating the intermittent pushing operation of the wire coil W by the inclined table T a required number of times. The wire coil W after the displacement is immersed in the processing liquid until the remaining time required for the coating process has elapsed.

That is, in the case of such a weak wire coil having a wire diameter as thin as 2 to 3 mm or less and an outer coil diameter as small as 500 to 600 mm or less, the wire coil package is not circular but has a short vertical direction. It deforms into an elliptical shape, which makes it difficult to handle and reduces the work efficiency in the next step. In addition, the wires are entangled due to the deformation of the coil package, and the wire drawing workability is significantly reduced due to disconnection or the like in the next step. Further, the wire coil may fall down in the coil axis direction due to the pushing up by the inclined table, and the wire coil on the tip side of the C-shaped hook may fall from the hook.

As described above, the wire coil reversing device cannot be applied to a wire coil having a weak stiffness, and the hook contact surface position is manually shifted. That is,
In the middle of surface treatment such as pickling treatment and coating treatment, once the hooked wire coil is transported to the wire coil sorting site with a crane, where the position of the hook contact surface is manually shifted by the operator, Thereafter, a method of returning to the processing line again is employed. For this reason, the flow of automation was hindered, and productivity was poor.

Next, when the shower ring is stopped and the C-shaped hook F which has been lowered is raised, the wire coil W is positioned at the position where the hook contact surface was pickled in the first processing tank 11. The hook is hooked in a state where the hooks are shifted from each other, whereby the shift of the position of the hook contact surface is completed (FIG. 4F). Then, the hooked wire coil W is conveyed to the second processing tank 12 after the reloading shafts 3L and 3R are retracted together with the movable carriage 2, and subsequently pickled in the tank 12. .

As described above, when the position of the hook contact surface is shifted, the hooked wire coil W is replaced with a pair of horizontally extending wire coil replacement shafts 3L and 3R, and the pair of replacement shafts 3L and 3R are replaced. Unlike the conventional wire coil reversing device, the wire coil W can be smoothly moved in the circumferential direction without giving a large external force unlike the conventional wire coil reversing device, and the wire coil W is formed of a thin wire. Even if the wire coil is weak,
The position of the hook contact surface of the wire coil W can be shifted without causing problems such as deformation of the wire coil package and entanglement of the wires.

When the wire coil W wound on the wire coil replacement shafts 3L, 3R is moved in the circumferential direction,
Since the shower coil is used to perform showering on the wire coil W by the nozzle headers 4 and 4 as a shower device, the wire coil W makes a circular motion in contact with the coil replacement shafts 3L and 3R, so that the wire coil surface flaws are reduced. Occurrence can be prevented. The hollow wire coil replacement shaft 3
The L and 3R may have a structure in which the nozzle header is built in, and the wire coil W may be showered from the inside of the coil.

As described above, according to the apparatus for shifting the surface position of the wire rod hook to the hook according to the present invention, the pickling treatment is performed by immersing the wire coil in the surface treatment liquid with the wire coil hung on the hook in an upright posture. When the position of the hook contact surface of the wire coil is shifted to eliminate the surface treatment failure at the hook contact surface portion of the wire coil in the surface treatment such as coating treatment, the wire coil hooked in the upright posture is horizontally moved. And a short time, the pair of replacement shafts are rotated in the same direction for a short time, so that unlike the conventional wire coil reversing device, the wire is smoothly applied without applying a large external force. The coil can be moved by a predetermined amount in the circumferential direction, and even if the wire coil is a weak wire coil, deformation of the wire coil package and Without causing a problem of entanglement such as shifting the position of the surface per hook of the wire coil can be performed. This makes it possible to automate surface treatment such as pickling treatment and coating treatment even for a wire coil having a weak rigidity, and it is possible to greatly improve productivity as compared with the related art.
