X線診断装置
この発明は、患者の口の内側または外側に配置される放射感度の高いセンサを
有し、X線機械の外側に配置され、X線機械と通信し、好ましくはプラグイン式
のカードとして形成され、動作電圧のための接続素子と提供されるPCバス方式
のための接続素子とを含む画像取得カード(PCボード)に合致する規格化され
たバス方式を提供するパーソナルコンビュータ(PC)を有する、X線機械を使
用してX線画像を撮影するためのX線診断装置に関する。
PCと組合されて動作する公知の歯科用機械(EP−0678280A2)は
、PCに接続するために設けられた外部機械であるか、PC内に設置された規格
化サイズのプラグイン式カードを使用するかのいずれかである。プラグイン式カ
ードはPCによって利用可能であるバス方式に常に依存する。現在少なくとも4
つのバス方式(ISA、EISA、VL、およびPCI)がある。現在市場にあ
るこれらのバス方式は互換性がない、すなわちこれらを互いと交換することはで
きない。つまり、ある機械に特定のプラグイン式カードを設計するときは、1つ

図中で、図1は患者の顎のパノラマ断層X線写真を撮影するための歯科用X線
